We're seeking a visionary PlayLab Facilitator to lead the charge in designing and delivering high-quality, interactive sessions for 7th–9th graders!

Core Responsibilities

Learning & Facilitation

Your dynamic leadership in PlayLab sessions is crucial. By delivering interactive experiences with energy and pedagogical excellence, you transform complex topics into accessible, hands-on learning. Your guidance ensures that both teachers and students have an enriching experience, while your dedication to continuously improving learning materials keeps our offerings fresh and impactful.

Visit Coordination & Experience Delivery

You play a key role in organizing and supervising school visits, ensuring every visitor has a seamless and memorable experience. Your meticulous management of logistics, from scheduling to materials, guarantees that each session runs smoothly.

PlayLab Operations & Maintenance

Your commitment to maintaining concepts, materials, and facilities ensures that everything is always ready for action. By coordinating with support functions, you keep our operations efficient and effective.

Stakeholder Engagement & Ecosystem Orchestration

Your ability to align and engage a network of contributors is vital. Through collaboration across education, operations, and communication, you foster a thriving ecosystem that supports our mission.

Communication, Outreach & Concept Development

Your efforts in promoting engagement with schools and teachers expand our reach. By developing communication materials and learning formats, you help us grow and adapt to new opportunities.

Your commitment to continuously developing and scaling the PlayLab concept will help us reach new heights and expand our impact.

Do You Have What It Takes

The ideal candidates come with a strong teaching or facilitation background, have the ability to engage and motivate young people through interactive, hands-on learning, and are skilled in simplifying complex topics into understandable and inspiring experiences. They bring some knowledge or insight to the Danish school system.

Moreover, they are:

  • Engaging informal leader who motivates and activates others.
  • Operationally disciplined and hands-on, structured in planning, flexible in execution.
  • Confident communicator and ambassador, connecting naturally with teachers, students, and internal stakeholders across functions and levels. They come with fluency in both Danish and English, as classes would be taught in both languages.
  • Curious developer with a delivery mentality, improving continuously while delivering consistently.
  • Structured multitasker balancing facilitation, coordination, and operations seamlessly.
  • As you will be facilitating F2F sessions for schools, it will be required to be onsite 5 days/week, with the opportunity to work from home on rare occasions.

The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
