comfortable working in ambiguity and contributing across the data lifecycle in a fast-paced team environment. You may have a couple of years of experience or be a recent graduate with strong foundational skills. In addition, we are looking for:

  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python — you're comfortable writing queries,
troubleshooting code and building data pipelines

  • Understanding of dimensional data warehouse modelling concepts — you know the difference between fact and dimension tables, understand star schemas, and are eager to deepen your modelling expertise.

Databricks, Spark, or similar distributed data processing technologies.

  • A continuous improvement mindset – you identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to optimize workflows and processes

  • Interest in ML & AI – you are aware of emerging AI & ML capabilities and curious to experiment to identify how they can accelerate the value of data.

It will be an advantage if you bring experience/familiarity with:

  • GitHub or similar tool

  • Power BI or similar visualization tools

  • Data governance principles

  • APIs and semi-structured data

  • Delta Lake / medallion architecture concepts

  • CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) concepts and
deployment practices for managing data workflows and code changes reliably.

It will be an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience working with people data (HR data) and an understanding of HCM systems like Workday or SuccessFactors.

Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
