Join us for an exciting 8-month fixed-term contract as “Manager, CRM Proposition and Campaigns” within the broader Membership & Personalisation team.

Please note: This role is an 8-month cover role located in our Copenhagen HUB. No relocation assistance is offered.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager and Specialist with CRM proposition development framework to design and deliver innovative and compelling CRM campaigns and offerings, to activate target audiences to LEGO® branded channels
- Drive cross functional collaboration to align CRM propositions, offerings and campaigns with business strategies and objectives
- Manage the CRM offering development process, to design and deliver personalised offerings and value to enhance LEGO Group led activation campaigns
- Cross functional campaign integration for CRM propositions and offerings in collaboration with M&C (Markets & Channels), PMD (Product Marketing Development) and Digital
- Partner with the CRM Hub teams to co-design and translate CRM Propositions and offerings into compelling and dynamic campaigns, creating shopper demand and strong commercial results
- Manage the planning and forecasting of CRM campaigns KPI’s (Revenue, Traffic, Engagement)

M&C Marketing focuses on developing and implementing key capabilities to ensure global marketing excellence.
This role is part of the Global Membership & Personalisation Team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of the Global CRM Hub.
Do you have what it takes?
- Solid experience of managing best in class customer proposition development and related offerings, leveraging data and insights.
- Experience of delivering personalised CRM campaigns at scale within an omni-channel context
- Experience of working with CRM tools, processes and technology for driving personalisation and commercial impact
- Successfully navigate diverse partner dynamics within a global company, fostering collaboration with product and tech teams.
- Exhibit strong skills in structured problem-solving and communication, delivering clear recommendations to senior leaders.
- Experience working in a global, multi-cultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix, including both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) channels.
- As a person you are positive and solution-oriented; you are a true team player, whilst also able to work independently, and setting clear direction; you have an inherent drive and excel at stakeholder management and influencing stakeholders
