Job Description

RESPONSIBILITES 职责

Describe the overall responsibilities 描述主要职责

  • 进行常用机加工设备(铣床、磨床,车床)的操作,并能维护保养

Operate machines in tool shop (milling machine grinding machine turning machine), maintain machines.

  • 及时向组长反馈模具加工的各种问题

Feedback to leader when meet questions on time.

  • 根据图纸进行机加工,达到零件尺寸要求

Make the spare parts according to drawing and meet the dimensions requirement.

  • 支持模具维修和备件的制造

Support mould repair and spare parts manufacturing.

  • 熟悉注塑模具结构与制造,解读机加工图纸

Be familiar with mould construction and production. interpretation of drawing

  • 根据需求,运用精密加工设备(电火花,线切割)进行机械零件的制作

Use the precision machine (EDM, Wire-Cut) to manufacturing the parts according to requirement.
