Job Description
Ensure the development of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, creation and execution of continues improvement journey.

Troubleshooting through the root cause mindset.

Responsible to analysis the major offenders of downtime/spare parts in maintenance and support to set the countermeasure action.
负责分析日常维修中的最耗时的维修任务或者消耗最多的备件，并支持设定杜绝措施。
Participate/Led in projects to automate and digitalize and improve processes and equipment.
参与/主导自动化和数字化的改进流程和设备的项目及。
Must be able to take the initiative and responsibility in daily working

He/she should support all technology platform owner within machine maintenance global network related document staffs， as a backup local platform driver， to support the local driver to collect local inputs and bring back the decision from global to local site to secure the globalize and standardized of platform
支持在全球设备维修各技术平台的文件事务，作为备用本地平台负责人，支持本地负责人去收集本地的信息，并将总部的决定给到本地，确保平台的标准化和全球化
He/she should work with production team to ensure machine run smoothly.
与生产部门合作确保机器顺利运行。
He/she is obliged to manage his/her tasks observing the basic rules of safety and health protection concerning his/her occupation meanwhile keeping the workplace tidy and clean.

He/she is be obliged to use means of personal protection and working tools according to their intended purpose and to do his/her best not to expose colleagues and the environment to dangers.
