Job Description
Do you have experience with designing graphics for a target audience and are you curious about understanding the consumer through trends and insights?
We are looking for new colleagues with a variety of experience to join our Graphic Design department. This is your unique opportunity to join the LEGO® Design organization in the LEGO Group!
This is a 1-year temporary cover role, with a start date as soon as possible.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
- Follow graphic designs from ideation through technical maturation to final product.
- Interpret briefs into LEGO product graphics.
- Maintain the LEGO graphic design DNA across product lines.
- Continuously work to improve collaboration, workflow and dialogue with key partners.
- Design and develop innovative graphic experiences for products in the LEGO universe.
- Mature the future of the LEGO product graphic design style of our franchises.

As part of the Graphic and Material Design team you will play a role in developing the product graphic that go into the LEGO products, like figures, decorations and stickers.
You will be working all the way from conceptualization to the final technical development in a cross-functional setting alongside a variety of collaborators including other designers, creative leaders, project managers, print technicians and external partners.
Do you have what it takes?
Preferred qualifications include a degree or equivalent experience in graphic design and/or industrial design. Moreover, we are looking for:
- Experience with vector graphics, preferably Adobe Illustrator.
- Self-management – Planning and running own tasks, time and results.
- Print technical understanding – experience with flexoprint, pad print, spray paint, offset or equivalent technology valued.
- Passion to craft for different target- and age groups.
- Easily adapt to different design styles.
- Ability to visualize your ideas through mood boards, sketches, etc.
- Curiosity about consumer trends.
- Experience with Adobe Create Suite and Microsoft Office.
- You speak and write English fluently.
- Thrives in a creative environment, where we succeed as a team.
