Job Description
- Build a weekly Finished Good supply plan in the horizon where apply ensuring to maintain the inventory coverage by SKU based on the targets settled.
- Ensure the Finished Good Weekly supply plan maintaining the factory efficiency considering:
- Available machine capacity in the factory triggering actions with the partners to balance the load through the weeks.
- Available Labor trigger recommendations to the operational area to support the plan.
- Optimize the weekly change overs amount versus the offered.
- Availability of materials/components.
- Build the Air Freight proposal (in case to apply) based on the latest changes on the plan.
- Ensure to have the SAP planning parameters settings updated and supervise for efficiencies.
- Identify ,analyze the main causes of your own SKUs (portfolio) with high and/or out of stock inventory coverage trigger actions to fix them using a PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology.
- Responsible for improving, mapping processes on the planning area with an attitude of simplification and continuous improving.
- Coordinate with multiple departments and key partners to identify and resolve the impacts would could put on risk deliver the plan.
- Responsible to implement, craft local systems on planning processes using new software solutions to avoid errors, reducing the workload of the team and at the same time maintaining or even growing quality on deliverables.
- Responsible and Lead the implementation and training of Digital and/or LEGO Global Systems which impact the production planning area.
- Lead all the activities related with Quality- IMS (Integrated Management System) in the planning area.
Are you up for the challenge?
- 6 years of experience in production planning processes including Inventory Analysis.
- 1-2 years experience using a digital visualization tools such as Power BI or others.
- Experience working with SAP and advanced Excel.
