Bring your commercial leadership and passion for Membership & Personalisation to drive scalable growth, unlock new revenue opportunities and expand the LEGO Insiders ecosystem globally.

This is a key leadership position responsible for owning the global membership growth plan, embedding membership into Integrated Commercial Planning (year +1), and shaping in-year commercial performance through clear KPI frameworks, performance narratives and actionable recommendations. The role has clear accountability for delivering against key commercial value drivers, including active membership growth, engagement, Client Lifetime Value and contribution to broader business performance.

Core responsibilities

  • Lead Global Strategy: Own and drive the global membership growth and expansion strategy, with accountability for achieving commercial growth targets and enhancing value creation, including active member engagement and Client Lifetime Value.
  • Growth Plan Integration: Develop and embed the comprehensive membership growth plan into Integrated Commercial Planning (year +1), ensuring alignment with business performance and prioritising initiatives with the highest value.
  • Commercial Performance Management: Oversee membership-driven commercial performance, including revenue generation and value creation, ensuring delivery against strategic objectives and agreed targets.
  • Performance Optimisation: Define KPIs and assess membership performance, providing clear and actionable recommendations to optimise growth, efficiency, and return on investment.
  • Investment Prioritisation: Drive prioritisation of investments across membership growth initiatives, making strategic trade-offs to focus resources on opportunities with the highest commercial impact.
  • Business Case Development: Lead the creation of robust business cases for membership growth and expansion initiatives, ensuring clarity in value drivers, financial rationale, and accountability for value realisation.
  • Channel and Partnership Expansion: Drive the expansion of LEGO Insiders across branded and non-branded channels and partnerships, ensuring scalable and commercially viable growth opportunities.

Our team collaborates across various business areas to identify and drive expansion opportunities and commercial partnerships. By working closely with Operations & Delivery and Membership Development teams, we turn strategy into action and continuously optimise our efforts.

The role will sit in the Global Membership Growth & Development Leadership Team, with a broader responsibility to empower and inspire the full LEGO Group. You will report directly to the Senior Director Membership Growth & Development.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Extensive experience in commercial leadership roles, driving growth, expansion, or membership/loyalty strategies.
  • Proven ability to own and deliver on commercial targets, including revenue, growth, customer base, and Client Lifetime Value.
  • Expertise in integrating strategic initiatives into commercial planning processes, such as Integrated Commercial Planning and annual cycles.
  • Skilled in building support among diverse stakeholders in a global company, with experience collaborating with product and tech teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with senior stakeholders, both written and oral, providing clear recommendations based on solid foundations.
  • Experience in a global, multicultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix, including D2C and B2B.
  • Positive, solution-oriented team player who excels in independent work, setting clear direction, and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
