Play Your Part in Our Team Succeeding
The LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI) function is a core capability at The LEGO Group, supporting strategic priorities by building a sustainable continuous improvement mindset across the organisation. Leadership commitment is the key success factor, and LCI ensures the right structure, processes, people, and culture are in place.
LCI develops organisational capabilities to align, simplify, and improve processes; enhances problem-solving skills; and increases change readiness. This role acts as a business partner, influencing and challenging leaders to adopt LCI ways of working while supporting both local site needs and the global LCI agenda.
The position exists to drive strategic and tactical LCI implementation, develop in-house CI expertise, and contribute to cross-functional improvements. Major challenges include managing complex stakeholder dynamics, leading large-scale changes, and delivering measurable results in productivity, quality, lead-time reduction, and cost efficiency.
Do You Have What It Takes?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Lean, Operational Excellence (OPEX), or Continuous Improvement (CI) programs.
Proven track record in transitioning traditional processes to Lean/OPEX/CI environments.
Experience deploying Lean/Daily Management Systems in manufacturing (advantageous); experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments is a plus.
Demonstrated success coaching managers and securing leadership buy-in for improvement initiatives.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proven results in lead-time reduction, quality improvement, cost savings, etc.
Experience working effectively in teamwork, local networks, and global collaboration environments.
Experience as an internal or external consultant (advantageous).
Ability to influence and work effectively at leadership levels.
Proactive initiator of change and innovation.
