Job Description

• Manage calibration system (QDA), ensure internal/external calibrations effectiveness/ Quản lý hệ thống hiệu chuẩn (QDA), đảm bảo hiệu quả hiệu chuẩn nội bộ/bên ngoài.

• Deliver support for new measurement method, understand how to build up uncertainty is familiar with ISO 9001 + ISO14235 part 1+2 and 5S Disciplinary. /Hỗ trợ lắp đặt các thiết bị đo lường mới, hiểu cách xây dựng độ không đảm bảo đo, quen thuộc với tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001 + ISO 14235 phần 1+2 và nguyên tắc 5S.

• Liaising with internal partners (coordinating calibration tasks). /Phối hợp với các đối tác nội bộ (điều phối các nhiệm vụ hiệu chuẩn).

• Liaising with external partners (requesting a quote, coordinating calibration tasks) /Phối hợp với các đối tác bên ngoài (yêu cầu báo giá, điều phối các nhiệm vụ hiệu ẩn).

• Ensure the measurement failures are investigated and taken with proper actions for consistent results. / Đảm bảo các lỗi của thiết bị đo lường được điều tra và xử lý đúng cách để đạt được kết quả nhất quán.

• Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports. / Chuẩn bị báo cáo hàng ngày, hàng tuần, hàng tháng.

• Tracking calibration costs and initiating cost-cutting activities. / Theo dõi chi phí hiệu chuẩn và các hoạt động cắt giảm chi phí.

• Regular GLS to check the proper use of measuring devices throughout the factory./ Kiểm tra Go-Look-See định kỳ để đảm bảo việc sử dụng đúng cách các thiết bị đo lường trong toàn nhà máy.

• Best Practice sharing and adaptation with other sites. / Chia sẻ và áp dụng các thực hành tốt nhất với các nhà máy khác.

• Quality laboratory conformance to TLG standards and ISO17025./ Quản lý phòng Lab đạt tiêu chuẩn theo tập đoàn LEGO và ISO17025.

• Updated and effective calibration system, measurement equipment in LMV./ Hệ thống hiệu chuẩn và thiết bị đo lường tại LMV được cập nhật và quản lý hiệu quả

• Know and comply with the Integrated Management System. /Nắm vững và tuân thủ Hệ thống Quản lý Tích hợp (IMS).

• Know and comply with the quality assurance procedures and instructions applicable to your job. / Nắm vững và tuân thủ các quy trình và hướng dẫn đảm bảo chất lượng áp dụng cho công việc của bạn.

• Be fully aware of how your activities affect quality, either directly or indirectly. / Nhận thức đầy đủ về cách các hoạt động của bạn ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng, trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp.

• Suggest to your manager how to eliminate the wrong practice that endangers quality. / Đề xuất với người quản lý của bạn cách loại bỏ các thực hành sai gây nguy hại đến chất lượng.

Do you have what it takes? | Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree with major in Process / System Engineering, Industrial Management or Economics, Business Administration with BI experience is preferred / Bằng cử nhân chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Quy trình/Hệ thống, Quản lý Công nghiệp hoặc Kinh tế, Quản trị Kinh doanh. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm về BI (Business Intelligence).

• 2–3-year experience in calibration role. / Kinh nghiệm 2-3 năm trong vai trò hiệu chuẩn thiết bị.

• Pre-intermediate level in English is minimum requirement / Trình độ tiếng Anh tiền trung cấp là yêu cầu tối thiểu.

• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001:2025)./ Kiến thức về hệ thống quản lý chất lượng (ISO 9001:2025).

• Knowledge about relevant standards. / Kiến thức về các tiêu chuẩn liên quan.

• Uncertainty budget (PUMA / GUM etc.)/ Hiểu biết về độ không đảm bảo đo (PUMA /GUM, v.v.)

• Knowledge of good lab practice. / Kiến thức về thực hành phòng thí nghiệm tốt.

• Visual ability and no color blind as the important job requirements. / Thị lực tốt và không bị mù màu là những yêu cầu quan trọng của công việc.

• Knowledge of production, experience of auditing and verification practices / Kiến thức về sản xuất, kinh nghiệm về kiểm tra chuyền và xác minh quy trình.

• Experience in developing and maintaining laboratory and calibration processes./ Kinh nghiệm trong việc phát triển và duy trì các quy trình phòng thí nghiệm và hiệu chuẩn.

• Practical experience in calibration principles and practices. / Kinh nghiệm thực tiễn về các nguyên tắc và thực hành hiệu chuẩn.

• Strong team player, open minded, proactive and supportive. / Là người làm việc nhóm tốt, cởi mở, chủ động và hỗ trợ.

• Self-driven personality with can-do-attitude. / Có tinh thần tự giác cao và thái độ làm việc tích cực.

• High standard driven and Detail oriented. / Luôn hướng đến tiêu chuẩn cao và chú trọng đến chi tiết.

• Computer fluent in MS. Office, TEAM, Sharepoints, ... / Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (MS Office, TEAM, Sharepoints, ...).
