Job Description

How would you like to support the LEGO Group in the Travel and Expenses Management team with an eye for detail and developing your specialist knowledge in this field as a Business Process Specialist?

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and govern processes and system in the Travel Expense Management area through deployment and development of specialist knowledge with an E2E perspective

  • Perform process maintenance, documentation, improvement & standardisation

  • Training and daily support of users in system processes and governance

  • Define, test and implement new system functionalities

  • Participate in projects and workgroups, requiring process and system knowledge

  • Stakeholder management of Global Process Owner, DT and other key internal and external stakeholders

Business Processes & Information is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of finance transactional and HR processes as well as process
support for controlling training and project portfolio. Our main mission is to develop and maintain efficient and effective standardised processes and bridge business needs with IT solutions.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 2+ years' experience with Travel Expense Management processes

  • Experience with the CONCUR system

  • Solid SAP skills with special focus on travel expense management

  • Effective communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written) and ability to explain complex issues

  • Experience in Process documentation and performing training

  • Demonstrated a structured continuous improvement mindset and the ability to prioritize your time

  • Travelling up to 10 days a year

  • Strong communication & facilitation skills

  • Advanced level of English

  • Dedicated Team-player

  • Curious and eager to learn

  • Focus on the detail to be able to deliver high quality

  • Can think out of the box but within the frame

  • Analytical mindset

  • Being engaged and wanting to contribute pro-actively to the agreed agenda
