Job Description

Join the LEGO Group® and become part of the Markets & Channels Global Finance team, where you will help drive financial insights and operational excellence across key marketing areas!

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support tactical and operational decision-making
  • Support core financial processes including cost control, month-end close activities, forecasting, and planning cycles
  • Drive business case modelling, evaluation, and follow-up to support initiatives and investments
  • Support supplier contract reviews and contribute financial input to commercial discussions
  • Identify and evaluate business risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to partners
  • Collaborate closely with business partners to support financial performance and decision-making
  • Contribute to the development and future shaping of Markets & Channels finance processes and setup
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and financial transparency

This is a parental cover role for 1 year. This position is based in Billund and relocation assistance is not offered for this role.

You will join a strong and collaborative team within Markets & Channels Global Finance and contribute to both the day-to-day financial operations and the future development of the area. The team supports central marketing functions through financial insight, business partnering, and performance management to help drive sustainable growth across the LEGO Group!

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven finance business controlling experience within a global or multinational organization
  • Experience partnering with business interested parties and supporting decision-making processes
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate complexity and manage several priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Structured working style with the ability to deliver on deadlines
  • Strong collaboration skills and confidence working in cross-functional environments
  • Experience in analytical ERP systems, such as Power BI, Excel and BW
