Job Description

Are you ready to take your engineering and IOT experience, to the next level?

We are looking for an IOT Engineer to support a diverse product team, within Building Operations. You will work with various streams such as Building & Utility (energy, waste, water) Management, Physical Security & Travel.

The engineers within the area are organized as a DevOps team and are end-to-end responsible for architecture, configuration, coding, and full-stack development.

In close collaboration with our business partners, we are motivated by bringing the best digital solutions to the business and doing so with an excellent focus on the right IT Architecture. We work in an agile way and apply engineering, architecture, and product management practices to ensure we build what brings the most value to our customers and ensure a close feedback loop.

Do you have what it takes?

You will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar or experience from a similar position.

Must have:

  • Good understanding and knowledge of operating high-performance serverless solutions in the cloud, AWS / Azure or similar.
  • Javascript / Typescript
  • Experience with databases, relational databases or NoSQL
  • Good understanding of APIs and integrations
  • Collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Fundamental understanding of software development Cloud Data Services & Pipeline
  • Proficient with React.js or similar front-end frameworks
  • Version Control (we use the Git Version Control system)

Language Skill

Good communication skills and the ability to communicate in English, both written and verbally
