Job Description

Have you always wanted to be part of how we create our LEGO® models, but your talents are more into building amazing software? As part of our Product Development Technology organization, you will work as a Full stack Engineer on the LEGO® Digital Element Design team. You will be working at the very heart of the LEGO Group, and very close to your user: our LEGO® designers. The LEGO® Digital Element Design provides a set of digital tools for the development of 3D elements, as well as cloud services and APIs to transform and allow access to the LEGO® Brick database. The output of your work will be used by every single LEGO® Experience, going through manufacturing, digital art for branding, games, and more!

Core Responsibilities

  • Build efficient and reusable applications and services, with a strong focus on quality, security, and scalability
  • Work agile in a multi-functional product team, collaborating across a full value-chain of software products
  • Advocate ways of working, Definition of Done, and good practices in documentation, including decision records and technical designs
  • Participate in code reviews with other engineers

Play your part in our team succeeding

This is a phenomenal opportunity to join a newly formed team, within a core area for the LEGO Group design process. Our current tech stack is based on AWS and Python. But this is not where we started, and it is not where we will stop. We expect you to explore emerging technologies and methods, sharing opportunities that can help us improve and move our solutions to the next level.
