Job Description


Core Responsibilities:
•Nurture capabilities and drive the growth and personal development of resources in the competency area
•Enable product teams to meet business needs by allocating resources based on strategic priorities (e.g., product roadmap requirements) and personal needs (e.g., resignation, maternity/ paternity leave, leave of absence, sick leave etc.)
•Maintain a highly skilled and motivated competency area by making staffing decisions with help of the HR staffing function
•Develop professional capabilities in the competency area by defining and mastering professional standards and work methodologies and training competency resources
•Nurture learning mindset across competency area by setting up interaction and knowledge sharing processes across product teams
•Contribute to product delivery by helping solve the most complex problems in the competency areas

Do you have what it takes?
•Previous experience of managing the performance and development of high-performing software engineers at mid and senior level.
•From a professional background, you are a highly technical, hands-on software engineer with good understanding of programming and script language eg.  Python, C#, SQL and VBA skills
•Passion to drive technology, through technical leadership on engineering and architectural practices and standards
•Experience with leading agile teams and agile development
•Experience with OneStream and or BluePrism
•Experience with Cloud Computing
•Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery and test automation
•Experience in servant leadership in a global organization
