Global Insights is a full service global insights department providing end-to-end support of The LEGO Group value chain, from early ideation through satisfaction & effectiveness. “Global Insights is all about creating knowledge and insights on our consumers”, says Mette. The Global Insights team responds to the LEGO Group’s strategic priorities, and are highly client/stakeholder driven. Global Insights is a matrixed organization defined by a high degree of cross-team collaboration and fertilization – thus driving effectiveness and efficiency, and an outside-in perspective into the company to benefit the business and brand.
