Siclone

Siclone used to be one of Umarak's storm beasts until he turned good and betrayed Umarak but his hot-temper stuck with him. One day he decided to pick up a few things from the famous Granko and Swiftshift armory. Siclone had asked Granko and Swiftshift to build him a tornadax weapon but they said it was a dangerous weapon that they vowed not to make, even for a costumer. Than his temper broke free and he started smashing the shelves and breaking Granko and Swiftshift's weapons and ran outta the shop. After he did that he decided to become evil again. He went to a junkyard, upgraded himself and built his own tornadax weapon, a weapon that could create tornados at opponents. He will be seen in the story after the evil toa: The villain legends attack!
