Icemoun is no ones fool.

He is a assassin for hire within the ice realm, and of course he's attitude is like ice as well.

He's not known for having many friends (or any enemy's for that matter) for thoes that get close should watch your backs if you dubble cross him, sell him out or just staring at him wrong you'll regret it.

For the friends that he does make he becomes very trusting with them and they with him, so if you hurt one of his friends you wont be seeing anyone much after that.

One of his jobs didn't go very good so he ended up with a new arm that can keep up with his abilities.

He's got long legs for speed and has two ice turbines that help him get to where he needs to go, also they make up a snow storm when needed to make a smoke screen.

He's got a boomerang that can become two sickles, pluse a sword for just getting the job done.

He's new arm has a built in blaster and a blade plus added claws.
