Rex slammed the anvil with all his might.

He knew they were going to cross into another world.

He knew Breakin was in danger.

He knew they would be in danger.

He concentrated this knowledge into every strike, bending and warping the shield. With every clang of his hammer, he felt one step closer... Closer to saving his friend. His friend. He was going to save his friend. HE WAS GOING TO SAVE BREAKIN!

And before long, it was done.

But it needed a name.

The Protector.

Sheil watched him work. She knew they were pretty much walking into something much bigger than them. Airo sat in the corner, and looked at his mask. That was the mask he wore before they removed The Overlord's curse. He couldn't bear to see what happened to the last generation.

"It's done." As Rex said this, he raised it into the air. It emanated a powerful aura. It wasn't old. It was another change, in reverse. He handed it to Sheil, who was expecting something heavy, but it was remarkably light.

"We're going to save him. We have no time to waste! We're the new ToaREX!"

Meanwhile, Terenix was watching from the clouds.

"Save him, eh?"
