LEGO® NINJAGO® Academy - Event Notice

Are you ready to overcome evil and save the world? Organised in partnership with Compass One, get ready to unleash your potential at the LEGO NINJAGO Academy at the atrium of Compass One from 1 to 18 June.

Together with master Lloyd and new characters Arin, Sora and Baby Dragon Riyu, young ninjas are invited to join the LEGO NINJAGO Academy and undergo ninja training. Prepare to fight the evil forces with a weapon building station, a Spinjitzu challenge, and elemental challenges that test speed, agility and endurance. Upon completion of the missions, a LEGO NINJAGO minifigure can be redeemed on-site while stocks last. There will also be a large LEGO NINJAGO Academy diorama with Dragon NRG Cores - spot the number of Dragon NRG Cores in the display and closest guesses will stand a chance to win LEGO sets.

From 1 to 18 June, shoppers can redeem an exclusive LEGO NINJAGO Pencil Case with a minimum spend of SGD 89 on LEGO sets purchased at the event or an exclusive LEGO NINJAGO Notebook with a minimum spend of SGD 200 at participating stores in Compass One (shoppers can combine a maximum of three receipts from participating stores, with at least one receipt from the LEGO Certified Store at Compass One or the LEGO NINJAGO atrium event).

From 2 to 29 June, shoppers can redeem a 30650 Kai and Rapton’s Temple Battle at LEGO Certified Stores and 30649 Ice Dragon Creature at all other retail platforms, with a minimum spend of SGD 69 on selected LEGO themes. There will be special promotions for LEGO NINJAGO sets from 30 June so do stay tuned!

The brand-new LEGO NINJAGO: Dragons Rising TV show is coming to broadcast channels and streaming services around the world from 1 June 2023 and can be watched on the LEGO YouTube Channel: https://link.bricks.plus/ninjago-en-lfc. Part one airing in June consists of 10 episodes of 22 minutes each, while part two with an additional 10 episodes will be released in the fall. The show has been created with Unreal Engine, which enabled the team to be more collaborative and creative in the animation process, and to reach a higher visual quality than ever before.

We rise! The LEGO Ninjago Dragons Rising sets are on sale from 1 June 2023 and will be available across LEGO Certified Stores, LEGO Official Store on Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, as well as major retailers and department stores in Singapore

Terms and Conditions for LEGO® NINJAGO® Compass One Atrium Event:

A. Event & Eligibility

1. The event is organised by LEGO Singapore Pte Ltd (“LEGO Singapore”) and managed by Momenntum Private Limited (“Momenntum”).
2. The event will start at 1 June 2023 at 10.30am and will end at 18 June 2023 at 9.30pm. Last entry into the event will be at 9.15pm on all days.
3. The game stations (except bonus station) are at times restricted to participants aged 4 to 12 years old due to safety and experience requirements. A Parent/Guardian must, at all times, be present during the activity.
4. The Participants can participate in the event at no cost. Only same day registrations will be valid and allowed entry to the event, pre-registration is mandatory at the registration counter for all participants for game stations except bonus station.
5. Momenntum reserves the sole and absolute right to assess and determine the eligibility of each Participant, and may require such information and documents as it considers necessary for the purposes of verifying the eligibility of an entry.
6. Momenntum also reserves the right to disqualify any Participant without assigning any reason whatsoever.
7. By participating in this event, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges that LEGO Singapore may take photographs, quotation(s), sound recording(s) and/or movie clip(s) (Material) depicting the Parent/Guardian and/or Child/Ward during the event.
8. The Parent/Guardian grants LEGO Singapore and other companies within the LEGO Group of Companies, the exclusive right to use Material, for any media, public relation or marketing use or derivative works, for the purpose of promoting such event(s) in connection with The LEGO Group.
9. The Parent/Guardian acknowledges that the depiction of him/her/the Child in the Material may be duplicated and distributed in any and all manner and media throughout the world in perpetuity.
10. LEGO Singapore or other companies within the LEGO Group of Companies are not obligated to use Material.
11. The Material will always be used in accordance with LEGO values.
12. The parent/Guardian and the Child/Ward acknowledges that neither he/she or the Child/Ward will receive a remuneration for the Material or participation in the event.
13. LEGO Singapore, Momenntum and The Brick Shop Pte Ltd (The Brick Shop) are not responsible for any personal loss, injuries or damage caused or incurred during the activity.
14. By participating, Parent/guardian and the participants agree to indemnify LEGO Singapore, Momenntum, The Brick Shop and their agencies against claims arising from any personal loss, injury, or damage.
    a. The Parent/Guardian hereby releases and discharges the companies specified under clause 9 and 10, its employees, agents, licensees, successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that it may have or may from now on for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy or right of publicity, infringement of copyright or trademark, or violation of any other right arising out of or relating to any utilization of the rights granted under this form in connection with this event.
15. By participating in this event, you explicitly confirm that you consent to personal data collected in connection and during the event for the purposes, stated in the abovementioned clauses, to be held by LEGO System A/S, as the responsible data controller within the LEGO Group, in accordance with Danish Law.
16. Each participant is only allowed to participate in the event once.
17. LEGO Singapore reserves the right to add or amend the terms and conditions without prior notice without having to disclose any reason therefore, and without any compensation whatsoever.
18. By participating, participants and their parents/guardians automatically agree to the Terms & Conditions stated.

B. Game Stations at Compass One Atrium Event:

1. Registration is compulsory at: https://i.trf.to/2023lego. All required fields are to be filled up.

2. One (1) LEGO NINJAGO Headband and Mission Card can be collected after the registration pop up message is shown to the event facilitator at Registration Counter.

3. A LEGO NINJAGO Minifigure can be redeemed at Redemption Counter upon completion of all 4 game stations.

4. Redemption is only limited to one (1) per participant and participants aged 4 to 12 years old.

5. LEGO NINJAGO Minifigures are given randomly on a first-come, first-served basic and while stocks last.

6. LEGO NINJAGO Minifigures are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

7. Participant can participate the game stations at any order.
   i. The Armoury Station
   a. Select a weapon to build. A building instruction will be given to the participant.
   b. A stamp can be redeemed upon completion.
   ii. Agility Power Station
   a. Collect a minimum of 10 Dragon NRG Cores within 30 seconds.
   b. A stamp can be redeemed upon completion.
   iii. Power-up Spinjitzu Station
   a. A stamp can be redeemed by hitting 2 out of 4 obstacles with the Ninjas and their spinners.
   iv. Endurance Challenge Station
   a. Tap the sensor button quickly. The more you tap, the more the lights will light up.
   b. Reward can be exchange to 20% off voucher.
   c. 20% off voucher can be redeemed for the purchase any regular priced LEGO NINJAGO sets, excluding June 2023 novelties (71777, 71778, 71779, 71789, 71790, 71791, 71792, 71793, 71794, 71795, 71796, 71797, 71798 and 71799) at the LEGO NINJAGO Compass One Atrium Event.
   d. Vouchers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other promotion vouchers and member discount.
   e. Voucher expiry date: 18 June 2023. Requests for extensions to the expiry date will not be allowed.
   f. Only the original voucher is accepted. Defective or lost vouchers will not be accepted or replaced.
   g. Tampered vouchers will not be honoured and will be rejected. Decision on rejection of any tampered vouchers is final.
   h. Vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Any unused balance will not be refunded.
   i. Vouchers are not eligible for use for online purchases.
   j. LEGO Singapore reserves the right to vary, delete, or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

C. Bonus Station: Spot the Dragon NGR Cores Contest

1. Registration is NOT required at this Bonus Station.

2. Submit your entry at https://forms.gle/t6RrD1SMkwMcNMN58. All required fields are to be filled up.

3. Participants to spot and count the total number of Dragon NGR Cores hidden in the NINJAGO Training Academy Diorama Display.

4. Out of all eligible Participants whose submissions qualify, a total of 15x Participants with the nearest answer will be selected by LEGO Singapore and Momenntum in its sole and absolute discretion (collectively the “Winners” and each a “Winner”).

5. All decisions made by LEGO Singapore in relation to the selection of Winners shall be final, conclusive and binding on all Participants and non-negotiable.

6. The Winners will be contacted via direct message or direct call by Momenntum by no later than 14 working days after the end of the Contest Period. A Winner may be required by Momenntum to verify his/her age and/or identity.

7. The award of a Prize is subject to acceptance by the Winner. If a Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to Momenntum within 10 working days of Momenntum’s direct message, or fails to provide the required verification(s), the Winner is deemed to have waived his/her right to the Prize. LEGO Singapore has the right to select a supplementary Winner at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions of LEGO Singapore in this regard are final and binding on all Participants.

8. All Prizes will be sent via courier upon verification and provision of necessary information for delivery. Neither Momenntum nor LEGO Singapore shall be liable for the non-receipt of the prizes.

9. All Prizes are not transferable and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other items in part or in full. Momenntum shall not be responsible for any Prize in any event of loss, theft, damage etc after it has been delivered to a Winner.

10. Each Winner is eligible to win only one (1) prize comprising of one (1) playset from the LEGO playset listed below, to be determined by LEGO Singapore at its sole and absolute discretion: -

i. LEGO NINJAGO 71764 Ninja Training Center (worth SGD 64.90) x 15

D. Retail Promo Mechanics:

1. Free gifts/ promotions are valid from 1 – 18 June 2023 at Compass One Level 2 Atrium, limited to one (1) redemption per receipt. Free gifts/promotions are subject to availability of prevailing stocks and is on first-come-first-served basis.
   i. A minimum $300 purchase and above on any regular priced LEGO product(s) at Compass One Level 2 Atrium in a single receipt entitles to receive $60 vouchers^, applicable from 1 to 4 June 2023, and limited for first 200 customers.
   a. ^$60 Voucher can be redeemed for the purchase any regular priced LEGO sets at the LEGO NINJAGO Compass One Atrium Event.
   b. Vouchers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other promotion vouchers and member discount.
   c. Voucher expiry date: 18 June 2023. Requests for extensions to the expiry date will not be allowed.

iii. A minimum $69 purchase and above on any LEGO product(s) from selected themes, at the LEGO NINJAGO Compass One Atrium Event or LEGO Certified Store in a single receipt entitles to receive 1 (one) free LEGO NINJAGO 30650 Kai and Rapton’s Temple Battle, applicable from 2 to 29 June 2023.

2. Only original receipts are accepted for redemption. Receipts cannot be combined.
3. Redemption is not valid with any other promotions/discounts.
