If you’ve ever used the Frinkulation Process, or a Magnetic Frinkometer, or enjoyed the labor-saving benefits of a Frinkonium-powered Reverse Frinkulator, you have Professor Frink to thank.

“When there’s no chance of success, I’m on the job.” Codenamed “Agent A”, the Spy is the ultimate secret agent. Few have ever seen him in action, and almost nothing is known about his identity or past. His first recorded mission on file was for the organization known as Alpha Team, when he triggered a mind control orb self-destruct program that toppled the evil Ogel’s latest scheme for world domination and freed his brainwashed Skeleton Drone minions. Several years later, following the Zed Incident, the Spy was spotted infiltrating the volcano lair of Dr. Inferno shortly before its implosion. Although presumed lost in the line of duty, he resurfaced in the daring rescue of captured Galaxy Squad pilot Solomon Blaze from alien Buggoids before disappearing once again. If you need the Spy, don’t try to find him – he’ll find you!

Who needs company? Not Batman™, that’s for sure! A big empty mansion, a comfy robe, and a microwaved lobster dinner-for-one make the perfect meal for a Dark Knight dining on his own. It’s probably what all of the billionaire playboy crime-fighting vigilante Master Builder Super Heroes are eating tonight!

“Did you know that corn is a kind of grass? Well, it is!” Oh boy! The big local summer Corn Festival has just started, and the Corn Cob Guy is here to tell you all about it. You might not have heard about the festival yet, but it’s really huge news around where he lives. People come from all of the surrounding counties just to eat, meet, and talk about one thing: corn! Being the Corn Cob Guy is a big responsibility. He’s got to know lots of corn-related trivia and always keep his costume clean and shiny so that he can give the very best impression of corn. He’s even been practicing acting like an ear of corn. He just hopes it doesn’t get too hot out – he wouldn’t want his costume to start popping!

Zan™ and his sister Jayna™ are the Wonder Twins, two junior members of the Justice League. As teenagers from another planet, they are still getting used to Earth customs. When he is in contact with his sister and they both say, “Wonder Twin powers activate!”, Zan can transform himself into the form of anything he can imagine…as long as it’s made out of water, ice or steam. It’s more useful than it sounds!

“Om nom nom nom.” Have you ever met a semi-intelligent ambulatory plant? One very alarmed Minifigure recently has! The Plant Monster used to be the Monster Scientist’s houseplant until the silly mad doctor accidentally gave it too much of his experimental super-growth fertilizer, causing the horticultural horror to sprout arms, legs, spiky vines, and one huge appetite. Lurking in gardens, bushes, and anywhere else that’s green, the Plant Monster bides its time and then springs out to swallow up passers-by with a gulp and a happy smack of its leafy flytrap mouth. Oddly, it isn’t actually a carnivorous species (though it doesn’t seem to know that), and as long as it gets plenty of sunlight and regular watering, it just spits its victims out again after a day or two – smelling slightly of lettuce, and with a very strange story to tell!

“Bzzz. Bzzz? Bzzz!” Until very recently, the Fly Monster was a regular housefly. Now that he’s been mutated into a half-fly, half-minifigure creature, he’s found himself a little bit confused. Part of the problem is that his mind is still pretty much that of a fly. The other part is that he doesn’t realize just how much larger he is than he used to be. The Fly Monster is always running into windows, falling off ceilings, and getting stuck to pieces of tape. He’s also very afraid of spiders and flyswatters and flees at the sight of them, buzzing in insectoid terror. There is one good side to his new body, though: it’s a lot easier to get at all of that delicious rotting garbage now that he can lift off the trash-bin lids!

“That’s one small plate for a Minifigure, one giant brick for minifigure-kind!” All his life, the Astronaut has been obsessed with exploring outer space. He read every book he could find about the space program, built his own pretend rocket-ships out of spare bricks, and even tried eating the astronaut way – out of a tube. That got messy fast. Now that he’s made his way through real astronaut training, the Astronaut is finally on his way to his first new planet. He can’t wait to get there! He’s brought a flag to plant on the surface and everything. He wonders if he’ll encounter any unusual life forms when he arrives. If he does, he hopes they like the spiffy new beard he grew during his long space voyage!

Growing up in a scrapyard with his parents on the outskirts of NINJAGO, Jay never dreamed he would one day become the blue ninja. A true master of lightning and questionable fashion choices.

“Bring it on! I’m ready for anything!” The Football Player wants to make sure that he never lets his team down. That’s why he trains for every situation that could possibly affect the outcome of a game, no matter how strange or unlikely. It might make the other players look at him a little funny, but he knows it’s always best to be fully prepared. He trains in snowshoes, because they might have to play during a blizzard in Antarctica. He trains in scuba gear just in case they have a game underwater. He trains in math, physics and history to make sure he can calculate interception angles, tackling speed and battlefield (or football field) strategy. The Football Player knows that all his hard training will pay off some day, and when it does, he’ll lead his team to awesome victory!

Springfield Elementary fourth-grade teacher Edna Krabappel works diligently to provide her students with precisely the minimum education required by law. At first glance, she may seem unenthusiastic. And she is. Enthusiastically so! But underneath her hard shell, Bart’s teacher is a woman who deeply loves having her summers off. Why give that up just because of some aggravating kids?
