Spinjitzu Training Nya
Nya unlocks her true potential as a water ninja with more than a crushing spin kick. It requires patience, training, balance… and really solid foot work.
Master chef of NINJAGO and the best in the business. He used to serve Garmadon 5 LEGO star sushi omakase back in the college days. chop, Chop, CHOP!!!!
“Brains! Brains! We’ll win by using our braaaiiins!” The Zombie Cheerleader is a star student at Zombie University who has personally come up with some of the cheer squad’s best new cheers, from the one about the brains, to the other one about the brains, to the other OTHER one about the brains. That last one is everybody’s favorite, because it’s just so catchy. For a zombie, she has a really upbeat attitude. You’ve got to be extra inspirational when your players’ legs and heads tend to fall off in the middle of a game, which is why she’s also pretty good with duct tape. Her whole zombie family comes out to watch her cheer, and while she’s happy to see her businessman dad take time out of his busy schedule, she’s a little embarrassed at the way her pirate great-great-uncle keeps threatening to keelhaul the other team.
Thomas Blake was a world-famous big-cat trapper who grew bored of hunting and decided to become a super-villain. Inspired by Batman™, he made himself a cat-themed costume, complete with a utility belt containing cat-lines, cat-arangs and other gadgets. Although many of his fellow villains consider him a laughingstock, Catman™ is a fierce fighter with his own unique sense of honor!
“I know every grain of sand in the desert. Many of them by name.” The brave Desert Warrior is a true expert of the desert. He knows the location of every source of water hidden beneath its dunes, and can find his way through deadly swirling sandstorms that anyone else would find both impossible and impassible. He shrugs off scorching sun and scorpion’s sting alike, saying that he needs nothing more than his sword at his side to survive out there forever. The Desert Warrior is always ready to plunge into unknown situations. This often sends him into the path of danger, but it can lead to great reward as well, like the time he discovered the cursed tomb of ancient Amset-Ra and battled a great stone scarab to win the forgotten pharaoh’s treasure. He also builds the most magnificent sand castles you’ve ever seen!
“Let us get with the times!” The Queen comes from a slightly larger kingdom than the Classic King, and as such she wonders if it wouldn’t be a good idea to be a little less old-fashioned and a little more up-to-date. There are all sorts of modern conveniences that could help to improve their golden castle, like one-piece portcullis gates and base plates with built-in dungeons and walls with lovely stone-and-ivy patterns. Between the King’s big ideas and the Queen’s grand vision, their united lands are moving swiftly toward the future. New armor! New horses! New taverns and towers! In fact, the kingdom is growing so vast and successful that they’re starting to think about splitting it in two and giving half to each of their royal children. Surely that can’t lead to any trouble, can it?
“Me build, therefore me am!” This would-be inventor from the prehistoric past is always tinkering with sticks, rocks and the occasional bricks he finds lying around, trying to invent something new. Of course, everything he comes up with has already been invented – he’s a Caveman with a tiny little brain, after all – but that doesn’t stop him from trying. He never gets jokes and usually needs things explained to him with gestures and pictures…and even then, he gets it wrong most of the time. The Caveman is very strong and always hungry. If something looks like it might be food, he’ll try to take a bite, and if it runs away, he’ll lift his club up above his head and chase it down. Not a lot of people know it, but he’s also an excellent artist who can create incredible landscapes and murals using only the simplest of tools!
1978 Police Officer
“It’s been forty years, but I haven’t aged a day!” Here he is, the famous minifigure who started it all! The friendly Police Officer was one of the very first modern LEGO® Minifigures from the first three LEGO Play Themes of Town, Castle, and Space. He’s even got a mini version of the box from his classic LEGO set. What an amazing adventure he’s had! The 1978 Police Officer may have replaced his original torso sticker with a painted uniform, and his little Town may have grown up into a giant LEGO City, but he’s still the same smiling character that kids were playing and building with 40 years ago. He couldn’t be happier than he is at this party that all of the other minifigures are throwing to celebrate his birthday. Will you discover this hard-to-find fellow in your next LEGO Minifigures bag?
“Hello! Do you like lederhosen?” The Lederhosen Guy is extremely proud of his fine leather breeches. In fact, there’s probably no one else around who’s quite so fond of lederhosen. That’s how you become known as the Lederhosen Guy, instead of just some guy who happens to wear lederhosen! The Lederhosen Guy really is a giant fan of lederhosen. He goes to lederhosen conventions, subscribes to lederhosen magazines, and even writes a lederhosen blog. He also enjoys attending cultural festivals with his friends the Highland Battler and the Bagpiper. They may not share his love of lederhosen, but at least they agree that it’s nice to feel the breeze on their knees!
Clan of the Cave Batman
A good Dark Knight Detective is prepared for any eventuality. Maybe he’ll have to travel back in time to the Paleolithic era. Maybe he’ll need to go undercover as part of a museum exhibit. Maybe he’ll fight a bad guy who’s really scared of leopard-print fabrics. Either way, Batman™ is ready for prehistoric action thanks to his totally old-school caveman costume!
“Kicking and boxing – it’s the perfect combination!” The Kickboxer has always loved combining different activities. As a kid, she would merge her chores and hobbies so she could try hockey-lawnmowing and homework-fingerpainting. But as she got older, not every combination worked out so well. Football-archery caused some trouble, and swim-jogging was nearly a disaster. With the tough sport of kickboxing, though, she’s finally found just the right combo. And thanks to lots of training, she’s gotten really good at it, too. When she’s in the ring with her protective equipment on, boxing and kicking away against a skilled opponent, she sure is glad that she didn’t go with her other idea of parasail-bowling!
Ursula the Sea Witch desires nothing less than control over the entire ocean. She uses her powerful magic to make bargains with desperate mermaids and mermen, granting their wishes but demanding a price that they can rarely pay. She pretends to want to help Ariel, but Ursula’s seeming generosity is all part of her wicked scheme to steal King Triton’s trident and rule the seas!
“Om nom nom nom.” Have you ever met a semi-intelligent ambulatory plant? One very alarmed Minifigure recently has! The Plant Monster used to be the Monster Scientist’s houseplant until the silly mad doctor accidentally gave it too much of his experimental super-growth fertilizer, causing the horticultural horror to sprout arms, legs, spiky vines, and one huge appetite. Lurking in gardens, bushes, and anywhere else that’s green, the Plant Monster bides its time and then springs out to swallow up passers-by with a gulp and a happy smack of its leafy flytrap mouth. Oddly, it isn’t actually a carnivorous species (though it doesn’t seem to know that), and as long as it gets plenty of sunlight and regular watering, it just spits its victims out again after a day or two – smelling slightly of lettuce, and with a very strange story to tell!
