The spooky Scarecrow was once Dr. Jonathan Crane, professor of psychology and specialist in phobias. Turning to a life of crime, he uses his fear gas and creepy costume to put a fright into the citizens of Gotham City.

As one of the world’s most ruthless underwater treasure hunters, the menacing Black Manta™ (David Hyde) has one goal: to annihilate Aquaman™ and everything he holds dear! When a confrontation between Black Manta and Aquaman led to the loss of Manta’s father, the villain vowed to destroy the King of Atlantis. Wearing a high-tech wet suit armed with an arsenal of weapons, including a helmet that fires energy blasts, the Super-Villain will stop at nothing to avenge his father’s death and ruin Aquaman.
