Student assistant for Portfolio Management team

Are you interested in learning more about portfolio management and getting insights on how to operate in a global marketing agency? Do you want to be part of providing portfolio management and operations support to LEGO Agency?

Core Responsibilities

Assisting the PMO team mainly with:

•Data management
•Monthly Portfolio reporting
•Invoicing
•Purchase orders
•Ressource Management
•Ad hoc tasks (analysis, presentations, templates, files and processes)

Come join our Portfolio Management team in LEGO Agency - the internal advertising agency of the LEGO Group

At LEGO Agency, we are close to 500 employees globally, dedicated towards developing communication that excites and engages our target audiences, children and adults alike, across the world.

You will be part of the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) team of 12 colleagues located at the Billund headquarter.
The PMO is a global function enabling the agency through portfolio and resource management as well as relevant operations support.

Do you have what it takes?

•You are studying MAC, FIB or similar

•Ideally previous experience with SAP, however not
required

•Ideally previous experience with Workfront, however not required

•Advanced MS Excel

•PowerPoint and other Microsoft office programs on user level

•You are structured and able to plan you work towards meeting a deadline

•Interested in portfolio management and willing to work with multiple stakeholders across functions, countries and cultures

•Able to take responsibility, work independently and delivery high quality results

•Speaking up in front of big crowds as well as colleagues at all levels of the organization comes naturally

•Enjoy working in a dynamic environment where sudden ad hoc tasks can come up that will need priority



Scope:
•Starting as soon as possible

•Preferable able to hold the position in 1 ½-2years until master is finalized

•Ideally 2-3 days a week (20-22,5 hours per week)

•Flexible working hours depending on work load, especially during exam periods

•Car pool to/from Billund/Aarhus exists, hence owning a car is not a prerequisite

•You speak and write English effortlessly
