Working out of our headquarters in Billund, you will join the Strategic Tasks Team. Together with us, you will be connecting legal framework to commercial issues.
Your tasks include:You will be leading legal project workstreams independently and along side senior lawyers, with particular focus on the LEGO Group’s digital IT transformation agenda. Start building positive relationships from executive level down to mid management and work closely with partners. As Sr. Corporate Counsel, you will also be leading negotiations on a global level. Finally, you will act as the liaison between our business colleagues and partners on the one side, and LCR colleagues responsible for daily operational issues on the other side.
Play your part in our team succeeding!You will act as a point of contact and collaborate with your colleagues. Be responsible for leading legal and compliance issues within projects/BU’s and provide all necessary in-house and outside advice where needed.
Do you have what it takes?Our ideal applicant is a result oriented teammate with functional expertise, actively using a knowledge base in a broader context. You should hold a Legal University Degree. Further, the following criteria will make you an outstanding fit for our position:
• Minimum 4 years of (post graduate) global experience from inhouse or private practice within commercial legal work, with strong experience in IT contracts and preferably also with some understanding of production/retail supply chain.
• Shown track-record in negotiations and partner management.
• Being a phenomenal teammate with strong commercial understanding.
• Thrives in a collaborative and ever changing environment.
• You have a can-do attitude and prefer to take initiative.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 days a year.
• English skills, spoken and written at professional level (commercial/legal).
