Join regional Customer Development team in a very dynamic region, REEMEA, and shape its commercial future.

Translate the global Customer Development agenda into regional priorities in addition to identifying specific REEMEA initiatives. Support strategic projects & tasks, development & influence across critical business elements. The role is physically located in Moscow.

The responsibilities of the role are defined as follows:

Regional responsibilities with REEMEA focus which will be distributed across the team:

• Sales processes and planning (e.g. own and develop Integrated Commercial plan, iCBP process, channel strategy rollout)
• Planograms, Listings and Assortment (e.g direction and support to REEMEA customers via Merchandising guidelines and planograms menu based on shopper insights)
• Revenue Management (e.g. regional trade terms strategy, promo strategy and effectiveness, customer segmentation)
• Strategic Channel Lead (e.g. regional lead role of the LEGO Certified Stores, e-com channel development, sparring with LEGO Retail team)
• Sales Tools and Systems (e.g. support MCD team in development and implementation of all tools for KAM and Field Sales)
• Capability building (e.g. help to identify gap and ensure consistent capability building through LSA/Commercial academies programs)
• Ad Hoc Projects (e.g. participation in relevant global projects and efforts)

BU focus:

• Support BU GM in Market Place Strategy (e.g. Leading the annual E2E Customer Business Planning cycle)
• Sales Process & Planning ownership (e.g. Long-term channel strategies, commercial projects ownership)
• Support in Commercial Excellence Agenda (e.g. Identify and implement new routines & business process)
• Capability evolution of Sales dpt (e.g. ongoing gap assessment, implementation of training plan)

Do you have what it takes?

• University degree
• Preferably extensive practical KAM experience, BU LT role or expertise from other functions in some of the regional responsibilities of CD team
• Strong strategic thinking, ability to think conceptually, can-do attitude
• Demonstrates self motivation, strong analytical skills, results-orientation and flexibility in a dynamic team environment
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel
• Local BU experience is an advantage
