Core ResponsibilitiesJoining our Tech talent program, you will be part of the LEGO Group’s Digital area. We work in an agile way, are organised in empowered and autonomous product teams and are driven by our LEGO core values: Imagination, Creativity, Learning, Fun, Care and Quality.
You will be hired into a junior position and in the first 24 months, you will:
• develop a deep understanding of our business.
• get hands-on responsibility.
• get international experience.
• be exposed to various projects and technologies.
• get to build a strong network across the LEGO Group.

As part of this program, you will explore a wide range of technologies and programming languages. In Digital, we generally work with Python, React, .Net, Java, Scala, Spark and AWS to mention a few. In our team, we work on creating great Developer experiences by providing the right tools for a hybrid solution architecture that leverages Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS native functions.
Play your part in our team succeedingWe are the backbone of digital innovation in the LEGO Group and working in our area, you will be exposed to approximately 600 professionals with whom you can discuss ideas, solutions and innovation across technologies. We strongly believe in continuous development and therefore also invest in your professional and personal development through training, coaching, on the job ‘technology experiments’, peer review and feedback.

Do you have what it takes?You have recently graduated, and have a strong passion for technology, an analytical mindset, and a self-driven eagerness to learn and getting things done. You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree within Computer Science, Software engineering, Data Engineering, IT Product Development, Computer Technology or the similar. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is mandatory.
As a Tech Talent, you will be part of a global workplace and have various career path opportunities. Depending on your passion and aspirations we will create a program consisting of several rotations. One of these rotations could also be abroad but the rest will be in Billund, Denmark. The LEGO Group has locations all over the world, and you will get to experience a truly international environment with different cultures and working across various teams and areas.
