Global Ecommerce – LEGO Retail Internship

Are you passionate about creating digital experiences for a world-class brand?As a summer Intern for the Global Ecommerce team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on functional experience in digital marketing planning and execution, while working within a professional, collaborative and global team to deliver commercial results.
Working within Global Ecommerce, you can expect to gain direct exposure to:
• Communicating globally, across time zones, cultures and languages
• Ways of working with a global team
• Understanding User Experience (UX) for digital shoppers
• Commercial impact of digital marketing and operational excellence
• Project management, planning and coordination of end to end projects
• Understanding the value and place of different content, and it’s impact on performance
• Understanding of the User Journey from entering the site through purchase and post purchase
Some of the tasks you will be responsible for or supporting -
o Support Email performance analysis and recommend improvements
o Support with data analysis and insights for email content
o Responsible for Product Detail Page email tracking code analysis
o Responsible for post-live reporting for email campaigns, (BAU, and trigger programs)
o Support upkeep of email calendar
o Participate in cross departmental campaign alignment meetings
o Create wireframes
o Request assets through campaign briefs for email deployment
o Copy writing and adjustment
o Support email producers with overflow work (day to day production, and campaign setup)
o Creative asset production refreshes
o Working with Marketing Communications on theme and content refreshes
o Maintain and create reporting segmentation for campaigns
o Prepare assets for execution
o Create target list in Email Service Provider platform and internal CRM system
o Responsible for QA rendering test and fixes – recommend changes based on UX and stakeholder feedback
o Create and keep track of campaign tracking codes
