Assistant Account Manager working for top accounts in Finland (temporary position 12 months)

Support our grocery and toy specialist channels

You will be part of our Grocery channel team in Nordic Sales, headed up by a channel development director. Here, you join a deeply professional sales team dedicated to maximising the potential in specialist toy stores and grocery stores in Finland by consolidating and further building our brand through inspiring and engaging in-store experiences.

Although you will support the entire division, you will work closely with two key account managers from the grocery and toy specialist channels. Through close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations and key customers, you will support the key account managers in their daily work as you:

- Support the development of customer business plans
- Analyse master data and perform regular forecasting
- Create monthly performance reports and campaign analysis
- Assist with communicative tasks such as participating in client meetings and developing presentations and visualisations of in-store merchandising (planograms)

This position will be based in Helsinki, Finland.

Strong business skills and the motivation for a future in sales

At the LEGO Group, we recognise talent when we see it. Therefore, we don´t require many years´ experience. Instead, we are looking for strong analytical skills as well as a genuine interest in sales and the ability to follow a steep learning curve. It is equally important that you are structured and thorough in your work as well as communicative and ready to network.

You also bring:
- A bachelor´s or master´s degree in economics/finance or business
- Some experience within sales, marketing or business - possibly as student assistant or graduate
- Sound knowledge of working with Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid communication skills in Finnish and English
