I would recommend this to a friend!
This Lego Sonic set Is absolutely amazing when finished building It and displaying It as well. I just love the Green Hill theme you get that 90’s vibe’s feelings. The instructions manual that comes with It has the Sonic 1 theme on the front of the manual from the game and on the back of the manual you have Dr Robotnik from the game as well. Inside the manual It tells you about the history of the Sonic games as well which Is brilliant. It only took me a few hours to build the set and fun as well. It’s now on display on my shelve with the matching Green Hill Zone theme background. Ooh Yeah Sonic is Back!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
First thing I want to say is this is a great display piece. It truly catches the original Sonic Green hill zone. The only thing that you may be a little disappointed with is the build it is not at all challenging and a little repetitive. But I still truly believe that it is worth it just due to how good the end result is. I will be recommending this set to friends. So what are you waiting for go get a set or 2. I would recommend this to a friend!
I am very satisfied with the resulting design. I was able to complete the build in about 3 evenings (roughly 2 sections per). I will say that the larger quantity of single squares was a bit challenging on my large fingers (especially trying to make sure that they were aligned with each other). But in the end the final product is very satisfying. The price for the set is great as well. Typically builds in Ideas, Architecture, Expert, etc. is roughly selling at 0.10/brick. So getting a set of over 1000 pieces for 70 bucks is a steal! One final thing I find fun and interesting are the two pegs on the end, which I think means Green Hill Zone wont be the only set!Play Experience4.0Building Experience5.0Value for Money5.0Was this helpful?
