Gotta say it was worth it. It's a far simpler build than the more mechanical Lego builds I've done recently, but still just as enjoyable and in the end made for an excellent display piece on my shelf. Love the extras like the different faceplates for one of the enemies and on the monitors, and the brief history you get in the manual regarding the franchise. Overall, a fun build for any retro fan, even if it can be a bit repetitive at times. On a final note, I've noticed connectors at each end of the set where hopefully we can expand this into a series of similar sets. Possibly something like Sonic 2's Chemical Plant zone and Sonic 3's Sky Sanctuary, with each set complete with new figurines, enemies, and vehicles to build. The potential is certainly there! More likely though, I'm guessing it's to rearrange this set as you build it in 3-4 modules and connect them together. Still... a retro fan like myself can only dream!Play Experience5.0Value for Money5.0Was this helpful?55Sonic the Hedgehog™ – Green Hill Zone

I love the way Sonic’s Lego character looks and Robotnik’s character was also pretty neat because it was immersive and you actually got to build up his character. Overall, I love the set. Rated it 4 stars because I wish it was a bit bigger and more challenging. I do recommend if you’re a Sonic fan!!!Play Experience2.0Value for Money2.0Was this helpful?45Sonic the Hedgehog™ – Green Hill Zone
- January 16th, 2022Average rating5out of 5 stars5.0A perfect set for a 30 year old gameI would recommend this to a friend!I've been a sonic fan for my whole life so I've really been anticipating this set for years. And it does not disappoint. Classic sonic is excellent and looks darn near perfect with the shoe printing and correct details. Color might be a bit off but it works and he would be even better with mid legs but that's just to be in scale with modern sonic. Overall it's really good. Robotnik actually looks really good apart from his face being bad and his arms lacking swivel joints at the shoulders to move back and forth. The crabmeat is basically perfect. The motobug is really adorable and looks really good, my only really complaint is the sticker detail being hard to apply but other than that it's nice. In the build there's a palm tree, a bridge, a loop, and a spring play feature. They all work well and are as stable as intended. I personally wish that the monitor tiles were printed but that's just me. The monitors still look great nonetheless. Same with the life counter, looks great but should be printed. I do love the references they crammed in to the set and it makes it feel really special to me and I appreciate that. Also the ability to split up the set and add more is really cool. Overall, it's a darn near perfect set and I would love to see more sets in this style for sonic and other video gamesPlay Experience5.0Value for Money5.0Was this helpful?55Sonic the Hedgehog™ – Green Hill Zone
- January 9th, 2022Average rating5out of 5 stars5.0Fantastic Sonic Lego Set For All The Sonic FansI would recommend this to a friend! This Lego Sonic set Is absolutely amazing when finished building It and displaying It as well. I just love the Green Hill theme you get that 90’s vibe’s feelings. The instructions manual that comes with It has the Sonic 1 theme on the front of the manual from the game and on the back of the manual you have Dr Robotnik from the game as well. Inside the manual It tells you about the history of the Sonic games as well which Is brilliant. It only took me a few hours to build the set and fun as well. It’s now on display on my shelve with the matching Green Hill Zone theme background. I would recommend getting this set for any Sonic fan.Play Experience5.0Value for Money5.0Was this helpful?55Sonic the Hedgehog™ – Green Hill Zone
