Lisa helps customers across Europe both in English and German – her biggest challenge is remembering to speak in the right language! With the help of her fellow teammates, she’s able to find orders, help build complicated sets and answer some intriguing questions and requests.
Lisa loves to be hands-on when she’s helping customers to figure out how to build a set, as well as using her curious mind to figure out the next steps. From unusual requests like collecting boxes to finding where a parcel is, Lisa helps her customers every step of the way.
