Whichever way our customers want to get in touch with us, we have a dedicated team ready to connect by phone, e-mail and virtual chat. Based in Enfield, USA, Singapore and Slough, UK, our Customer Service team is one of the largest and most multi-cultural in our company.

Meet Elisabeth

Elisabeth works in our Customer Service team as an advisor. Thanks to her Danish heritage, she’s helping our customers in Denmark, as well as the UK, US and Australia. Whether she’s helping them find the perfect gift for their child, tracking down a parcel or even helping out with our LEGO.com website, Elisabeth loves to be part of the LEGO® family. But her job isn’t just speaking to our customers, it’s helping our internal teams too. Recently, Elisabeth has been helping our website team to translate parts of the site into Danish, as well as making new templates for e-mails to help our customers.

What’s the biggest challenge?
