SHIPPING & RETURNS
As we're currently receiving lots of LEGO orders, our deliveries are taking longer than usual. We’re working hard to get your items sent out as quickly as possible, but you might find that your order status remains as "In warehouse" for longer. Please check your Order Status for updates.
Shipping & Handling
About Your Shipment• Items in stock ship the next business day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) if placed by 11am CST.
• Items not in stock ship as soon as they become available.
• All orders are subject to review which may affect shipping times.
Standard Shipping• Takes 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).
• Please expect your delivery to take an additional 3 business days for rural areas.
• Free delivery applies to online and telephone orders over $750 MXN.
For Orders:• Up to $500 MXN shipping cost is $90 MXN.
• Between $500.01 MXN and $750 MXN shipping cost is $130 MXN.
Pre-orders and backorders• Backorder items are available to order but won’t ship until more arrive in our warehouse.
• Pre-orders are sets that are coming soon! They’re not out yet, but you can still place your order.
• Shipping dates for pre-order and backordered items are shown on the product page, in your bag, and in the order summary at checkout.
• Items will ship as soon as they become available. We’ll email you to let you know when your order leaves our warehouse.
• If you’ve ordered other items in addition to your pre-order or backordered item, the rest of the order will ship separately.
• If you’ve qualified for any free or promotional items, they’ll ship with the next available items in your order.

Bricks and Pieces• Please allow 12–15 business days for Bricks and Pieces orders.
Shipping Restrictions• Express shipping is not available for Mexico.
• No deliveries can be made to P.O. Boxes and in order to protect our consumers and maintain our commitment to service excellence, we do not ship to Freight Forwarding Services.
• We do not require a signature for delivery.
• We’re currently unable to deliver to the post codes listed below. If your order was affected, we’ll send you an email letting you know your order was cancelled.

Delivery & Service Delays
Shipment dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.
Order a gift for your children or friends and be sure that your secret is safe!• Every order is shipped in a plain box, and you can specify the 'Ship To' address such as a relative's house or place of employment.
• If you have requested delivery to an address different from your billing address, price/billing details will not be included since we assume that the delivery is a gift to the recipient.
• Pricing information will be included in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
You’ll be able to cancel your order until it reaches the ‘In Warehouse’ status. To find out where your order is in its journey you can check your account page.
If your order includes only pre-order or backorder items, you’ll be able to cancel up to 5 business days before the estimated delivery date. If you missed the cancellation window, you can return your item in exchange for a full refund.
Tracking Your Package
If you have provided your email address we will send you a ship confirmation email when your order ships. For all orders this email will include a tracking number which you can use to track your package on the appropriate shipping carrier’s website.
We believe our LEGO bricks and other products must live up to your highest expectations, and our service must live up to the quality of our toys. If for any reason you need to return your order, it’s easy and free!
All returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days of receipt of your order. To set up a free return, get in touch with our Customer Service team. All refunds are made in the original payment method.
Software: Returns are only accepted if the item has not been opened. This includes but is not limited to video games and DVDs. Sorry, we can't accept returns on opened video games and DVDs.
