  Nostalgia Overload

  I would recommend this to a friend!

  Super Mario 64 was my favourite game growing up, and so collecting stars and completing the levels was a big part of my childhood. This set has allowed me to put my memories of Mario 64 into brick form, and constantly be reminded of the fun times I had playing the game when I see it on my shelf. The mechanism works flawlessly - folding out the microscale worlds always gets a good reaction from people unfamiliar with the set! The microscale characters look great, especially bowser who I think is most accurate. Thank you Lego for another fantastic set, and for allowing me to relive a huge part of my childhood.

  Perfectly executed in every detail

  I would recommend this to a friend!

  I’m beyond impressed with how well thought out the details are. I showed someone the set who had never played the game and never will, showed a picture of the level and they paused - incredibly accurate even on a micro-scale. Let alone that the whole thing folds up and leaves someone to ask “what’s the box with the ?” And then it folds up so well and tucks in, smooth, like it never even opened. Oh, and 20-“64” pieces? I see you, Lego engineer. it was fun to build, my boys enjoy playing with it and it was fun to see the integration with the Luigi / Mario things. Thanks lego, make some more like this. I love the details and techniques and colors of this one.

  Fun for Mario fans

  I would recommend this to a friend!

  I bought this at the LEGO store a few weeks ago, and it is a fun build to do for a weekend. I spent about 11 hours on the project and enjoyed it very much. The nostalgia I had while building this was high, as I played Mario 64 and enjoyed it a lot. The references in this set were really good, and the attention to detail in the set is amazing. If you are a fan of Mario and enjoy the games, it is worth giving this set a shot. It is an amazing showpiece and my son enjoyed using his LEGO Mario to collect stars as well.

  Great build and fun collaboration!

  I would recommend this to a friend!

  Excited to share this build experience with my young kids. Sharing a piece of my childhood with them is so great. They identify with the characters as well. Build quality is excellent and there’s plenty of character in there. About an 9-10 hour build (with the littles involved :)). The levels that pop out of the cube and pop up mechanism is so cool. It makes us want to explore the rest of the Nintendo and Lego sets!
