R2 looks amazing ,the features work great and is going to be a fantastic display piece . It is quite a challenge to build even for me a Lego builder for about 44 years and it definitely did deserve its 18+ rating ! It's not really for young children and novice builders it's a set you could very easily make a mistake on without experience and would be hard to figure out what you did wrong but it's a very satisfying build . It arrived on the 6th May, a really quick delivery time and It took me approximately 6 hours to finish the build and I enjoyed every minute and it's now one of my favourite Star Wars set .Play Experience5.0Value for Money5.0Was this helpful?

This is an amazing set, it’s a pretty good size, has very cool features, and it’s just R2. I do want to say that this is probably not the best set for a beginner. I am very impressed with this R2-D2 set. Having been somewhat disappointed in the sizes of the Star Wars helmet series, the size of R2 was much better than expected. A few things that would have improved the set would have been wheels (so you could roll R2 around improving the playability), having the "head" actually attach to the body but still able to rotate 360 degrees, and curved/rounded pieces to build a more domed-shaped "head".
