Great little set
I would recommend this to a friend!
Bought this for my 9 year old daughter - she built it easily in an hour or two, and loves the secret passageway and the way she can connect it to her other HP sets. The minifigures are great additions to her already-extensive collection, and the Moaning Myrtle minifigure now has a home as well! The only disappointment for my daughter was that her two random wizard tiles were both the same - and Slytherin to boot! - but I guess that can’t be helped…Play Experience5.0Value for Money5.0Was this helpful?

This set is an all around success, with the three minifigures that you can transform into Crabbe, Goyle, and Cat-Hermione. The design for the Chamber entrance(Spoiler Alert!) is really smart and similar to the movies. However, the best part about this set has to be the modular ability. My daughter is a huge Harry Potter fan and loved building this!! She didn’t have much previous Lego experience but with the clear instructions she managed to construct it in about 30 mins! She found it reasonably easy and loves the finished design! I bought this set along with the Fluffy Encounter and Chamber of Secrets and built them altogether while my 4- and 2-year old "helped". Even with all the other cool parts, they are in love with the idea of a bathroom in the castle and even more in love with the fact that the sink now lifts up for the minifigs to slide downstairs. They keep saying their "person has to go potty" (and then slide downstairs after washing hands). Love it!Play Experience5.0Building Experience4.0
