Beautiful set
I would recommend this to a friend!
Love the detail in the different scenes and each one resonates a childhood or even current memory of Chinese new year. Was great fun building it and is remarkably detailed. I adore the fish tank and what I thought was sweets but turned out to be a feather duster! Also- gold nuggets! Definitely need to look into why the planter has 'seafood' written on it. I like the circular design but the stacked up style is better but super unstable. A few rods provided to hold the scenes up would have been good since it looks like many others are having the same problem. Overall I would recommend this set with its gorgeously different and thoughtful design.Play Experience5.0Building Experience4.0

An extremely enjoyable build, with lots of detail & cultural insights. Hidden treats in plans, as gold frog under Cashien's platform & lucky coin under family sofa. The fish tank = very cool. Also thrilled to create an orange tree! Love how scenes contain tiger references, in subtle & charming ways. As each of 6 sections has its own bag/book, set could be built in group activity. Final, circular design may be changed into stacked display, if prefer. Smaller than expected, but this size fits great with usual tabletop Lunar New Year decorations. Feels complete & well done. Really hope LEGO comes out with more “Build together” sets! Each of the six scenes come with its own instructions, so the whole family was able to simultaneously build our own portion, while chatting and laughing together and sharing excitement over the wonderful details in each of ‘our’ sets: lucky coins, orange slice, texts on the child’s phone… Truly the best family time, ever!Response from LEGO SHOP
