    NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER AND WIN A PRIZE. MANY WILL ENTER; FEW WILL WIN A PRIZE.

    Important Data Privacy Notice:

    The LEGO Group will collect the following information regarding you:

    • Full name
    • Phone Number
    • Physical Address
    • Email

    The LEGO Group will use the information we collect from you (and share it with selected third parties) solely for the following purposes:

    • To communicate with you on a continuous basis regarding the contest
    • To share winning e-tickets and send the LEGO set
    • To comply with relevant laws and regulations

    The LEGO Group will delete your data according to the below schedule:

    • Once we have satisfied our legal obligations relating to this Contest, but in no event longer than one year

    The categories of third parties who The LEGO Group will share the data with are:

    • Cloud services provider which supports our online platform
    • Companies that process contest winner information for tax and other compliance purposes

    1. Overview: Facebook user can enter the contest by commenting their favourite LEGO Harry Potter set to the LEGO giveaway post published on the Facebook page @LEGO
    2. One person will be selected at random as winner by an independent third party. The prize for the winner will win 4 premium stall e-tickets to the afternoon matinee event on Sunday 26 September 2021 at 1:30pm, for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix in Concert in the Royal Albert Hall and a LEGO Harry Potter set (retail value LEGO Harry Potter Fawkes £ 34.99, tickets £65.12 each).
    3. Travel costs to the event are not included in the prize.
    4. This Competition is sponsored by LEGO System A/S, Aastvej 1, 7190 Billund, Denmark. By participating in this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
    5. Eligibility: To enter this Competition you must be at least 13 years old, have a Facebook account and be resident of the United Kingdom
    6. You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee, partner or immediate family member
      of an employee of the LEGO Group or Royal Albert Hall, or any third-party company or agency directly connected with the creation or administration of this Promotion.
    7. Entry period: You must submit your Entry within the Entry Period; the Contest begins at 12:00:01 p.m. British Summer Time (BST) 12.09.2021 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. BST 19.09.2021 (“Entry Period”). Any Entries received after this time shall not be valid.
    8. How to enter: During the Entry Period Facebook users need to comment on the @LEGO post with their favourite LEGO Harry Potter set for a chance to win
    9. An independent body will select the winners at random
    10. Winners will be notified publicly on Facebook, by including their username on the comments of the post, so they can contact @LEGO by direct DM. LEGO will contact the prize winner once the prize has been claimed to communicate how to redeem tickets ahead of the event.
    11. Limitation on entry: Multiple entries allowed per person during the Entry Period.

    Guidelines:
    Prize(s):

    • The Winners will receive 4 e-tickets to watch Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix in Concert @RoyalAlbertHall and see the LEGO Harry Potter 20th Anniversary short film on 26th September, and a LEGO Harry Potter set. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The prize is subject to availability and the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

    Selection of Potential Winners and Odds of Winning:

    • The Potential Winners will be selected at random by an independent third party.
    • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants.

    Claiming the Prize:

    • The Potential Winner will be announced via Facebook by 20.09.21
    • Potential Winners have two (2) days from the date of notification to reply by direct message and provide their email address for the prize to be sent to them
    • If the Potential Winner cannot be contacted, has not claimed their prize within (2) days of notification, fails to complete the required Winners’ Documents correctly, a new Potential Winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries received before the Closing Date, in accordance with the Selection procedure above.

    Certification of Potential Winners:

    • All Potential Winners will be required to complete and return a set of Winners’ Documents consisting of
      (i) a statement of eligibility; and
      (ii) a release of liability; and
      (iii) a publicity release (except were prohibited by law); and
      (iv) a prize acceptance form.
    • If a Potential Winner is deemed a minor in his/her place of residence, a parent or legal guardian of the Potential Winner will also be required to sign the Winners’ Documents.
    • Upon receipt of the fully executed Winners’ Documents, and confirmation by the Independent third party, the Potential Winner will be certified as the winner (“Winner”).

    • By entering the Competition, you agree to your personal information being used for the purposes described in these Official Rules and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.lego.com/en-gb/legal/notices-and-policies/privacy-policy. The company responsible for handling all privacy data is LEGO System A/S, Aastvej 1, 7190 Billund, Denmark. By entering the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Privacy Policy and you agree to its terms.

    Additional Rules:

    • If you are the Winner, you agree that the Sponsor may use your first name and town or county of residence to announce the Winner of this Promotion.
    • The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or illegible entry materials, or for entries not received prior to the entry deadline.
    • In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the Facebook account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned a Facebook account by the organization responsible for assigning Facebook accounts. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.
    • The Sponsor, Facebook or Royal Albert Hall shall not have any liability and does not accept any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by Entrants of this Promotion to the extent permitted by law. Nothing shall exclude the Sponsor’s liability for death and personal injury as a result of its negligence.
    • This Prize Drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook Information is being provided to Sponsor, not Facebook
    • Any Entry made or attempted in a manner which in the Sponsor’s reasonable opinion is contrary to the spirit of these Official Rules, or by its nature is unfair to other entrants, will be invalid and may result in your disqualification from the giveaway.
    • In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but, not limited to, fraud, virus or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) cancel the Contest and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
    • Reporting prize winnings and paying any applicable taxes, governmental fees, and other expenses resulting from winning a prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner unless otherwise stated; Winners are encouraged to check local tax implications.
