LEGO VIDIYO: HRVY VIRTUAL MEET & GREET

You can win a virtual meet & greet with singing sensation, HRVY, by taking part in the LEGO VIDIYO competition. The meet & greet will take place via the video communications platform, Zoom, and will last for a duration of 10 minutes.

Just follow @musicbyllama on Instagram, like the most recent feed post showing content of HRVY talking about and demonstrating use of the LEGO VIDIYO app, and comment to tell us why music gives you good vibes. Make sure you use the #VIDIYOVIBES and tag @lego.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER AND WIN THE PRIZE. MANY WILL ENTER; ONLY ONE WILL WIN THE PRIZE.

Important Data Privacy Notice:
The LEGO Group will collect the following information regarding you: Instagram Handle and Email Address for Zoom link to be created and shared
The LEGO Group will use the information we collect from you (and share it with selected third parties) solely for the following purposes:

• To select the winner
  The LEGO Group will delete your data according to the below schedule:
• Once we have satisfied our legal obligations relating to this Contest, but in no event longer than one year
  The categories of third parties who The LEGO Group will share the data with are:
• Cloud services provider which supports our online platform
• Companies that process contest winner information for tax and other compliance purposes
• PR agency – Mischief PR
• Our competition partners – HRVY and Universal Music Group

1. Overview: Children aged 13 and under can submit via a parent or guardian, commenting on the latest Instagram post by @musicbyllama to explain how music gives them good vibe, using #VIDIYOVIBES, to win a virtual meet and greet with HRVY
2. This Competition is sponsored by LEGO System A/S, Aastvej 1, 7190 Billund, Denmark. By participating in this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
3. Eligibility: To enter this Competition you must be a resident of the United Kingdom and submit a valid entry to the Competition.
4. You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee, partner or immediate family member of an employee of the LEGO Group or any third party company or agency directly connected with the creation or administration of this Promotion.
5. Entry period: You must submit your Entry within the Entry Period, which begins at 18th of May 2021/1pm/GMT, and ends 23rd May 2021/ 11.59pm/GMT (“Entry Period”). Any Entries received after this time shall not be valid.
6. How to enter: During the Entry Period simply follow @musicbyllama on Instagram, like the latest post, and comment explaining how music gives you good vibes, using #VIDIYOVIBES and tagging @lego.
7. Limitation on entry: Multiple entries allowed per person during the Entry Period.
8. Guidelines:

• All aspects of the Submission must be in English;
• The Submission cannot have been previously published or submitted in any Competition of any kind.

9. Content restrictions:

• The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including without limitation, privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights infringement;
• The Submission must not disparage Sponsor or any other person or party affiliated with the Competition;
• The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
• The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
• The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state or province where Submission is created.

10. Intellectual Property: By uploading your Submission you are providing your consent to grant the Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual (or for the entire term of duration of intellectual property rights), non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such Submission in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed for Competition or marketing purposes of Sponsor’s products. If requested, entrant agrees to sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to fully exploit the above-referenced license grant to the Submission. In granting Sponsor such license, entrant will represent and warrant that the Submission remains unpublished and does not in any way infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights.
11. Prize: The Winner will receive a 10-minute-long virtual meet & greet with HRVY via a video call using the Zoom platform. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
12. Selection of Potential Winners and Odds of Winning: The Potential Winner will be selected by a third party company to select a winner at random.
13. Claiming the Prize: The Potential Winner will be contacted via a direct message on Instagram by 27th May 2021.
14. Potential Winners have five (5) days from the date of notification to respond to the direct message on Instagram and provide an email address for the Zoom link. If the Potential Winner cannot be contacted, has not claimed their prize within five (5) of days of notification, or fails to complete the required Winners’ Documents correctly, a new Potential Winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries received before the Closing Date, in accordance with the Selection procedure above.
15. Certification of Potential Winners:
    All Potential Winners will be required to complete and return a set of Winners’ Documents consisting of (i) a statement of eligibility; and (ii) a release of liability; and (iii) a publicity release (except were prohibited by law); and (iv) a prize acceptance form. If a Potential Winner is deemed a minor in his/her place of residence, a parent or legal guardian of the Potential Winner will also be required to sign the Winners’ Documents.
    Upon receipt of the fully executed Winners’ Documents, and confirmation by the third-party winner selector, the Potential Winner will be certified as the winner (“Winner”).
16. Data Privacy: By entering the Competition, you agree to your personal information being used for the purposes described in these Official Rules and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at http://aboutus.lego.com/enus/corporate/privacypolicy.aspx.
    The company responsible for handling all privacy data is LEGO System A/S, Aastvej 1, 7190 Billund, Denmark. By entering the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Privacy Policy and you agree to its terms.
    The Meet & Greet prize will not be filmed by The LEGO Group.
17. Additional Rules

• If you are the Winner, you agree that the Sponsor may use your first name and town or county of residence to announce the Winner of this Promotion.
• You agree to demonstrate good behaviour during the Virtual Meet & Greet, e.g. no use of bad language, rude behaviour or nudity. Any bad behaviour will cause the video call to be immediately terminated
• You agree to restrain from filming or recording the video call. If you are found to be doing this, the video call will be immediately terminated
• The Sponsor or Instagram shall not have any liability and does not accept any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by Entrants of this Promotion to the extent permitted by law. Nothing shall exclude the Sponsor’s liability for death and personal injury as a result of its negligence.
• This Prize Drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Information is being provided to Sponsor, not Instagram
• Any Entry made or attempted in a manner which in the Sponsor’s reasonable opinion is contrary to the spirit of these Official Rules, or by its nature is unfair to other entrants, will be invalid and may result in your disqualification from the Competition.
• These Official Rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
