How do we get to LEGO® House?
LEGO® House is located at Ole Kirks Plads 1, 7190 Billund, Denmark. The parking garage is located at Hovedgaden 24, 7190 Billund, just a five-minute walk from LEGO House.

How long is an average visit to LEGO® House?
A visit to the Experience Zones of LEGO® House lasts an average of 3-4 hours. Allot additional time for visiting the LEGO Store, the terraces and the restaurants.
Can I visit LEGO House if I am disabled?
Disabled persons who depend on the aid of a personal assistant need only purchase a single ticket for admission to LEGO® House. Please go to the reception desk to obtain a ticket and bracelet for the personal assistant – evidence of the need for a personal assistant may be required.
LEGO House is designed for full wheelchair access throughout the building, including three elevators – one of which runs to the highest terraces. Use the outdoor elevator to access the top of Keystone. Please contact one of our guides if you need any help.
Wheelchair users should make sure to get a copy of our “LEGO® House on Wheels” brochure, which guides you to the best experiences throughout the building.

Can groups visit LEGO House?
Groups of more than 20 people are welcome at LEGO® House. Tickets to LEGO House Experience Zones must be ordered in advance, which can be done online.

What are the rules regarding roller skates, skateboards, scooters, etc.?
Roller skates, wheeled heel shoes, scooters and skateboards are not permitted in LEGO® House.
Can I bring my own pushchair or pram?
Pushchairs and prams are permitted in LEGO® House. However, we request that pushchairs and prams are not brought into the Experience Zones. LEGO House has a number of folding pushchairs that can be borrowed for young children. Please contact the Information.
Prams can be parked in the pram parking area of the cloakroom.
Can I bring bags and coats to the Experience Zones?
Bags and coats are not permitted in the Experience Zones. LEGO® House is designed to be an experience full of play for children and adults alike. We ask that you store your belongings in one of the lockers before getting started at the Experience Zones.
Is there a luggage storage?
The cloakroom is equipped with lockers for storing personal items.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs and other pets – with the exception of guide dogs – are not allowed in LEGO® House.
Where can I smoke while in LEGO® House?
LEGO® House is a smoke-free building. This includes e-cigarettes. Visitors are welcome to smoke in our designated smoking area on the green terrace.
