Steps

• Step 1

  Do some research

  

  Where do you all want to go? What could it be that makes that place special?
• Step 2

  Grab some bricks and a big plate

  

  If you can, get different colors for different parts of the map. Like gray for rock and blue for water.
• Step 3

  Plan the map with your friends

  

  Use the big plate as the base for the map. Use piles of bricks to mark what goes where.
• Step 4

  Get building!

  

  Decide who’s going to build what. Maybe each person works on a different part of the map. Or maybe one person could work on trees, one on hills etc.
• Step 5

  Add some detail

  

  Use special pieces to mark particularly interesting, mysterious or even dangerous areas of the map. Then use your map to play exploring games with your friends.
