Build twelve busy makers making

4.1
Elf minifigures working on presents

Steps

  • Step 1

    Find your elf inspiration

Before you start building, why not think about what an elf looks like? Take a look at some of your favorite seasonal movies, story books or TV shows for inspiration.

  • Step 2

    Assemble your makers

It’s time to gather together all your LEGO® bricks (be sure you have plenty of green ones!) and start building your twelve makers. Twelve might be a lot of elves to make, so you can ask your family and friends to help.

  • Step 3

    Make your polar production line

Whether you’ve built all twelve makers or just one, it’s time to put them to work. Use more LEGO® bricks to set up a production line for your maker(s) to whip up all those super special holiday gifts. You could even gather those gifts together into a stocking at the end of the line, ready for loading onto Santa’s sleigh.

  • Step 4

    Present time!

Once all the LEGO® makers and gifts are ready, be sure to arrange them neatly and ask an adult to take some snaps. Soon they’ll be helping Santa deliver gifts and spreading the festive spirit all around!

Let’s talk!

Parents/carers, why not take this opportunity to share the values of teamwork and helpfulness? Talk about how working together can help you get the job done quicker – and make it more fun! Maybe suggest some ways they could be Santa’s little helpers, whether it’s decorating the house or helping to wrap presents.
