We are looking for an analytical and motivated Senior Analyst to join our Account Receivable department in our Business Service Operations unit in Kladno.The Account Receivable (AR) department interacts with great parts of the LEGO organization and therefore holds an important role in the Business Service Operations (BSO) covering EMEA, Asia including China and The Americas Markets. The overall purpose of the department is to enable the business to fulfill maximum customer orders with the lowest possible risk, to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables and mitigate credit risk and risk associated to sales activities.

You will be responsible for:

• Engage in a high-performing AR department
• Month-end reconciliations: GL accounts (Doubtful, Provision, Accrual and Loss for Bad Debt); BI vs SAP
• Month-end Debtor & Credit Risk Reports at a Global, Market Group and Business Unit level
• Credit risk overview, credit exposure and overdue split in risk categories, DSO & Overdue Development, focus customers, action logs
• DSO analysis: interpretation of past data and predictive models of future development
• Net Trade Receivables evolution/estimate for the External Reporting Team and for the Board of Directors
• Provision modelling, supervision of the provision calculation performed by the local teams, reconciliation of SAP and final data consolidation at a global level

Do you have what it takes?

• App. 3+ years of demonstrated working experience from Finance function and preferably experience in international Accounting
• MS Office at experienced level, MS Excel advanced knowledge
• SAP knowledge Fluent English
• Degree or Diploma Accounting/Finance/Economics is advantage
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve short term wins
• Good Crisis Management and able to contain issues effectively
• Be robust, resilient and ability to embrace changes with a can-do attitude
• Personal drive and initiative, excellent collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to build trust
