Are you an experienced Project Manager who can help us lead the way for the innovation and early development of new product solutions within our LEGO Learning System?This is a great opportunity to create impact by leading and managing projects and teams cutting across the full company value chain, work with global stakeholders and build a strong network.
Senior Project Manager with outstanding collaboration and stakeholder management skills
You will be responsible for strengthening our external partner collaboration both when it comes to building a broader and deeper innovation network and when it comes to building a more impactful business through and with partners. You will act as external partner advocate to internal LEGO Operating model and processes by ensuring the right interfaces at the right times.
By strategically defining and making a new partnership model come to life we are paving the way for an increased LEGO Education relevance and impact in the market – reaching more students and growing our business.
You will be based at our HQ in Billund. An important part of the work is initiated out of and in close collaboration with our Front-end team in Boston, and you will therefore be a relative frequent traveler to Boston with up to 60 days per year.

Working with LEGO Education means helping children improve their skills as part of their natural curiosity and desire to explore, learn and play. Our product solutions include the very user experience with LEGO Bricks, hardware, software and content for learning, and the development always include several internal and often external partners. You will be part of the Front-End innovation team of 20 highly engaged, committed and social colleagues.
Do you have what it takes?
The challenge is to manage and lead a variety of projects and stakeholders simultaneously as well as having the ability to translate high-level partner dialogue into concrete concept-value (first level prototype) and business cases.
To succeed in doing so, you:
- Have 3+ years’ experience as project manager, driving the development of physical and digital novelty products
- Have strong professional skills and mind-set for working with partners
- Already have a proven track record documenting strong leadership of projects and collaboration skills with diverse competence team
- Might hold project management certificates (e.g. Prince2 or IMPA)
- Can think in trade-offs and yet set clear direction, just as you are outspoken and reflective
