The primary responsibility of this position is to support the two Senior Directors on: • Daily admin support; • Calendar management; • Travel management; • Expense reimbursement; • Meeting arrangement and meeting minutes; • Business documentation and filing; • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the leaders.
This position will also provide logistic support to department events including team building/team meeting/business meeting: • Booking hotels and transportations; • Coordinating the room arrangements; • Handling PO (procurement orders) and follow through execution of the PO • Contact window with external vendors and internal stakeholders such as procurement, finance, etc.
EXPERIENCE – • At least 3 years of relevant experiences • Strong communication skills • Proactive and reliable • Strong collaboration attitude
