Do you like focusing deeply on the root cause analysis and problem solving? We are looking for a Senior Manager for our newly created service stream in Business Service Operations (BSO) to be the service lead to our stakeholders in EMEA region.

You will be responsible for:

• handle compliants and problems in a timely and effective manner
• build and maintain the relationship with existing and new stakeholders across the region, improving responsiveness and demonstrating an ability to provide solutions on a global basis, build trust and credibility
• being the single point of contact for the stakeholders so that the voice of customer needs, requirements and feedback can be gathered, shared with BSO operations to follow up and escalate to Senior Management when necessary in a structured and timely basis
• partnering with BSO Operations in continuous improvement in areas of controls, processes, using technology to simplify workflows and reduce waste
• managing the change management process through communication and change management aimed at continued acceptance of the BSO operating model
• partnering with the business units leadership team to understand their strategic plans and activities to be align and support the implementation of the strategic initiatives
• account planning process, developing a comprehensive account plan
• establish an escalation process and matrix for issues resolution and approval of new opportunities
• project management (evaluate project flow, resources, budget, timeline and conduct review meetings to keep projects on track)
• building service centric and productivity mindset within the organization

What kind of mindset, experience and education do you need?

• 10-15 years of customer relationship experience or shared service working experience preferred
• Proven experience as a Business account management
• Advanced English level
• Availability to travel as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation capabilities
• LEAN knowledge will be an advantage
• Ability to understand internal client requirements and stakeholder management
• Preparing the specifications for process and service delivery design
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Personality who cares about delivery, customers and team
• A passion for delivering excellent services, enthusiasm and energy
