Have yourself a merry little ChristmasThis quaint, colourful cottage is where Santa’s fun-loving elves enjoy their hard-earned time off by cooking waffles, wrapping presents, and going on rocket-powered sleigh rides. - March 20th, 2021Average rating5out of 5 stars5.0Fantastic Christmas KitI would recommend this to a friend!Purchased for: SelfI treated myself to this to go with the Gingerbread House I was brought last Christmas. Although it arrived after Christmas I still built it straight away. My 6yr old daughter had fun helping to make the elves and then played for ages with them along with the reindeer and sleigh. Will look great at Christmas alongside the Gingerbread House. I’m sure if you do anymore like these my husband will look at me and say “You’re going to get that aren’t you” and of course the answer will be “YES”. I preferred the roof attachment of this set to the Gingerbread one but like others did not like the black background of the instructions.Play Experience5.0Level of Difficulty3.0Value for Money5.0Building Experience: Expert LEGO builderWas this helpful?55Elf Club House
- November 30th, 2020Average rating2out of 5 stars2.0Disappointing SetPurchased for: SelfCompared with other sets in the Winter Village series, this is a big disappointment. The building lacks detail and flourishes that are present in the other sets, the roof is barely attached and looks unfinished and there is no room on the baseplate to display any of the accessories. Also, the instruction booklet is printed on a black background which caused much light reflection and difficulty in identifying some pieces, especially the brown. Overall, a cute idea that was poorly executed.Level of Difficulty2.0Value for Money2.0Build Time: 1 daysBuilding Experience: Expert LEGO builderWas this helpful?25Elf Club House
- December 8th, 2020Average rating5out of 5 stars5.0I would recommend this to a friend!Purchased for: SelfI am very pleased with this set. I used it with my 8 year old grandson as an Advent activity after his virtual school work was done. (The divided bags). The Christmas tree is the best design so far. The rooms are a bit tight for play but nicely proportional. I work with miniatures so I have an appreciation for scale. He liked the mechanics of the piece. I put it on a white turntable so we had room for setting up and adding activities for the elves. (He named them after his cousins.) We added colored flashing colored light bricks to the front and the string of lights reflected the light and really looked like they were flashing. He will put together bag 1 on Christmas Eve. As you can tell, we have had fun with this set.Play Experience5.0Level of Difficulty3.0Building Experience: Intermediate LEGO builderWas this helpful?55Elf Club House
- January 5th, 2021Average rating5out of 5 stars5.0okayI would recommend this to a friend! This was bought as a present, was looking forward to building this until I got out the instructions ! Printed on black not the best idea Lego have come up with, it makes it very hard to see very dark brown and black and I kept missing these colours. Other than that the build was fun and the waffle maker and beds were a good idea, though I would have liked the reindeer to have been like the others in the winter village sets. The one in this does not go. Leave in the Harry Potter sets. The elf club house does look good with Santa's workshop . Though I would of liked a printed computer brick rather than a white gold bar. Otherwise good build look forward to next winter setValue for Money4.0Build Time: 5 hrs 18 minsBuilding Experience: Advanced LEGO builderWas this helpful?55Elf Club House
