Job Description

This role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
Core Responsibilities
You will be supporting the local marketing team on various tasks within brand marketing, specifically for the adult segment, where we have an ambitious agenda.
You will work in close collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager overseeing brand management of the Adult audience. Your job will cover a diverse set of tasks in the marketing value chain, and could be anything from business analysis, product launch preparation, influencer/content creator marketing, in-market activation and pop-ups, stakeholder coordination, and various ad hoc tasks.
Key skills such as adult trend insight, pro-activeness, and team play along with your ability to see opportunities and get new ideas will be a great contributor to your success.
You will be reporting to the Marketing Director but you day to day reporting line will be to the Senior Brand Manager.

This role is in South Korea business unit and part of the APAC market group. The overall focus is to accelerate business growth via recruiting kids and adults, improving the brand understanding, and enhancing our footprint across physical & online retail channels.
More concretely, it is part of the BU marketing organization (total 13 people), which includes Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, Performance Marketing, PR & Events – all reporting to the Marketing Director for the BU. The team is highly collaborative, dynamic and energetic, living the values and behaviors of the LEGO Group.
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for a person who can step in as soon as possible, and prior marketing experience is not a must but a big plus. As such you can be fresh out of university or have some experience from working in marketing. Knowledge, interest, and a degree within a marketing/ecommerce/business related field is however a strong plus. Prior marketing / trade marketing / sales within an FMCG and/or consumer goods industry would be ideal

Able to multi-task
Strong communicator and excellent customer service
Keen interest in learning and growing!
