Meet the new friends in Heartlake City!

From friendship fails to hilarious mishaps, things don’t always go to plan in Heartlake City. But when you’re with friends, everything has a way of working out! Check out the Season 1 trailer for a sneak peek into all the action.

Holiday Ski Slope and Café

Winter has arrived in Heartlake City, so it’s time to have fun on the ski slopes! Liann and Zac are taking their friend Aron to go skiing. They visit the ski shop to choose snowboards, skis and helmets. Then they are ready to race down the ski slope. Afterwards, they explore and find a secret cave. They finish off the day with a hot chocolate at the ski café and watch the snow fox play.

There’s fun, friendship and plenty of surprises in store for the Heartlake City Friends this festive season! Join in the festivities with your favorite friends.

Sea Rescue Plane

Can you help Zac with a rescue mission? He has found a beluga whale that is trapped among the rocks and pieces of old wood on the shoreline of Heartlake City beach. Luckily, his mentor, Dia, is overhead piloting the sea rescue plane. Zac gives her a call and they work together to rescue the whale. Once the whale is safely back in the sea, Zac can enjoy a flight in the plane. What an awesome view!

Here’s my ‘get to know me’ challenge!

Hey, it’s Autumn here. I made a ‘get to know me’ challenge. I planned to answer 5 questions about myself in 30 seconds. But I may have gone a little off-topic. But that’s okay, right? Hopefully the video tells you lots about me anyhow. Big thank you to the mods for checking this post 😊

A Day at the Mall

Is there anything better than a day at the mall with Friends? Liann, Nova and Aliya all have super different interests… so it’s just lucky that there are so many different types of stores at the mall! What are the chances…

Farm Animal Sanctuary

Aliya, Kaya and Ben are working hard at Heartlake City Farm. Can you help them drive the tractor, harvest vegetables and pick strawberries for the jelly machine? See the empty jars become jars filled with jelly! Now it’s time to care for the goat,cow and chicken. Look, the chicken has laid some eggs! When it’s time to rest, the friends climb onto the roof and snuggle into their sleeping bags.

I’m a gaming star!

Hey, it’ me, Nova. When people ask what I’m good at, I usually say gaming. That’s because I always (well, almost always) beat my friends at whatever game we’re playing. Do you have a special talent? Let me know because I’d love to hear about it!

Pancake Shop

Enjoy a tasty treat at the pancake shop with Luna and Paisley. Luna is choosing her favorite topping from the menu. Paisley prepares the pancakes using the spinning mixer and toy stove. Then the friends relax together and enjoy the pancakes at the table. Look out for Melody the bunny – she loves to pop by when pancakes are cooking!

The big day is almost here!

Hi, it’s me, Aliya! I’m so happy to share my super-exciting news with you. The new Heartlake International School will be opening in the New Year, and I can’t wait! New subjects to study, new friends to make and lots of interesting clubs to join. I’m so excited!

Aliya's Room

Get to know Aliya with a visit to her room – her friend Paisley has come for a sleepover! Aliya's bedroom is the ideal spot to write creative stories with the paper, pen and laptop. Enjoy a snack at the cloud table and hang out with Aira the puppy. Watch a movie or sit in the cozy window seat and read a story. When it's time to sleep, pull out the extra bed so Paisley can stay over. Sweet dreams!

Sea Rescue Boat

Nova and Aliya are helping to clean up the shores of Heartlake City. They are learning lots about ocean creatures as they sail on the catamaran. Roll the boat over the trash to scoop it up into the boat’s net, ready for recycling. Lower the submarine so Nova can collect trash from the ocean floor. Then head to the laboratory with Aliya to study water samples. Helping sea life is so rewarding!

Heartlake City Music Talent Show

Who will win Heartlake City’s music competition? Watch the competitors perform and then help judge Andrea decide who gets first place. Singer Ley-La is one of the contestants. There’s also a keyboard player and a drummer. Rotate the platform to reveal Ley-La as she begins her big performance. Which button will Andrea press? After the show, the contestants can relax and make friends backstage.

Dog Rescue Bike

A puppy has gone missing in the neighborhood – but don’t worry, Aliya and Victoria are on the case! Can you help them? Check out the ‘Lost & Found’ flyer. Travel around the city on the bike. Spot clues by following the trail of dog poop and paw marks. Who’s that hiding in the bushes? When you find the cheeky pooch, give him some food and water – and a stroke, of course!

Vintage Fashion Store

Olly loves making new outfits from old clothes. It’s his way of enjoying creativity while helping the planet. Today he’s working at the Vintage Fashion Store, where there’s always something fun to uncover. Liann explores the shop and heads to the fitting room to try on outfits. Meanwhile, Olly goes up to the workshop, where donations go into the washing machine before being upcycled. Good work Olly!

Heartlake City Hospital Ambulance

Liann is teaching Ben to skateboard. Uh-oh! It looks like he’s injured! Here’s Luiz driving the ambulance with everything needed to treat the patient. Luiz gets the stretcher and first aid kit before using the ramp to lift Ben into the ambulance. There’s a fold-down seat inside, so Liann can keep Ben company on the journey to hospital. He’ll be feeling better in no time!

Heartlake International School

There's lots to discover at Heartlake International School. First period is science class – Autumn's favorite! Help Aliya and Autumn care for the class pet, Bunsen the hamster. Join Olly and Niko in the cafeteria or head up the rainbow stairs to hang out in the outdoor area. Then it's time to get creative in the art room. When classes are over, go outside to skateboard or play basketball.

Mobile Tiny House

This Mobile Tiny House is big-time fun! Best of all, it can travel – perfect for adventures. Join Leo, Liann and Paisley as they go on a camping trip with their pets. Drive to the perfect spot. Then unhook the tiny house and open it up to explore inside. Check out the bedrooms and pets’ areas. Set up the seats around the campfire to cook sausages and play guitar. Watch out for the cheeky squirrel!

Dog Rescue Van

Can you help Nova rescue the abandoned pup? Make a call to the dog rescue company. Look! Here comes Dr. Marlon from the pet rescue center. The truck has everything you’ll need to care for Pickle the dog. Give him food and water, then treat him to a bath. Help Nova put her fixing skills to work and make a set of new wheels to help Pickle walk. Great job! Now Nova’s face can turn from sad to happy!

Skate Park

It's an exciting day at the skate park. Liann is practicing her triple kickflips on her skateboard. Zac is hitting some backspins on his in-line skates and Luna is practicing a handplant on the ramps. Join the friends for a fun session or head to the park building where you can fix skateboards and skates at the workshop. Then head up in the elevator and relax with a drink in the chill-out zone.

Pet Adoption Day

It’s pet adoption day in Heartlake City! Paisley introduces people to the pets who are waiting to be adopted. There’s a pig, a poodle, a cat, a hamster and a hedgehog. Paisley matches each pet with its perfect owner. There’s a little picnic area where the pets and their new owners can relax. When it’s time to go to their forever home, Paisley pops the pets into the trailer, ready for the journey.

Organic Grocery Store

Let's go grocery shopping with Leo, Autumn and Alba. Give Alba a ride in the cart and chat to grocery owner Isaac. Leo loves to cook. Help him choose tasty ingredients for his next recipe and move them along the counter. Before you leave, check the bulletin board. Then pop your empty cans and bottles in the recycling bank. Look! Here's Jordin in the delivery van bringing fresh goods to the store.

Meet the new Friends: Paisley

Hi, I’m Paisley. Whether it’s singing, playing the guitar or even writing my own songs, music is my happy place. My friends say I’m really good at it too. But the thought of performing on stage scares me silly. Olly is helping me with that, though.
